Good value for the price , the rooms are clean , staff is polite and helpful, location is very good. One of the best cheap places to crash after a night out in the area if you’re not a local .Nearby activities: There is the high street .Food & drinks: Great selection of food and drinks at the pub .

What a great, welcoming pub. Staff absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and locals very friendly too ??. Good location for us near to colets squash club. Slight downside was there was no parking at the pub but staff told us where to park and it was a side street only across the road. There were 5 of us there for squash and had a brilliant time .... Will definitely go back when we're next down there ??

We were due to arrive late and the team made sure we weren’t stressed and welcomed us just before midnight. Room was spacious and warm - good shower, good TV and coffee facilities.

In spite of the pub being packed due to the rugby I was greeted very quickly. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend.Better yet I could even get a "light and bitter" so that was a real piece of nostalgia for me!

I booked a room for a overnight stay whilst in Surbiton on business via booking.com All the rooms are situated above a bustling pub. The entrance to the accommodation is via a key coded gate and through the beer garden My room was large , clean and very comfortable The bargain price of £77 is something special The only negative is that there’s no parking but plenty of free on street parking immediately outside Parking charges are in affect between 6.30pm and 8.30am I will be returning

This is one of our favorite local spots to go to. As I am typing this my other half is actually there with a mate. Very good to see various sports and as they have multiple screens it is easy to find a seat to watch it. The guv is an absolute hoot and the manager remembers your face and knows what your drinks are. We always have a good time in here and look forward to going back. They also have rooms upstairs and one of our friends stayed there for a night a couple of months ago and he said that it was comfortable and clean, which is really all that you need if you are just staying overnight for business.

Took my auntie here they decided to set her up with an older man sat at the bar which later chopped her up and put her in my gin and tonic, do not recommend

ended up having to leave cause me and my friend were screamed at and spat on by the drunk owner for ordering lemonades and not drinking, what a gross man, drunk on his own supply and deeply angry. Would not recommend it unless you're already a regular as anyone else seems to be unwelcome to the overpriced drinks.

That local, the one you just aren't really that welcome in unless you're of the same breed. Avoid
