This was our fourth year holding our Christmas Dinner at the Grove. Jeanette and team always look after us so well and do their best to make sure we have a great time. The food was excellent and the service very attentive and timely but not rushed so we could make the most of our event. See you next year! Many thanks from English Gardening Club.

Lovely establishment in the heart of surbiton great quality food with fresh ingredients. Great team and bar ? ?Only real suggestion I have would be to maybe regularly wash outside textiles after many seasons of useWheelchair accessibility: Outside and inside is accessible with ramp and all double doors not sure about restrooms

A gentlemen named Oli delivered absolutely amazing service. He was lovely and always kept checking to see how we were. The food was also amazing! I couldn’t recommend the grove enough.

Lovely pub. Went for wing Wednesday. Decent sized wings and tasty sauces (BBQ or buffalo). Good selection of beers and lovely garden area when the weather is nice again.
This has all the makings of being a great pub. Staff, atmosphere, cleanliness etc. Unfortunately our Thai curry was appalling. No flavour, no seasoning, very odd accompaniment added to the Thai curry. And grit in the tiger prawns. One of our party had the burger and was happy. Even the replacement meal of calamari was battered in a sweet donut tasting dough ! Just odd flavours.On the plus side, our waitress NINA, was outstanding ! She listened to us and made sure she did her absolute best to counter the inadequacies of the kitchen. Strangely, one of the worst pub meals I have ever had, with possibly the best service! Nina is a gem !My advice is to have the staff sample the meals, and fairly critique it and get that Thai curry off the menu ! Desserts so, so.

Food was great, had a nice bottle of wine too. It was nice and warm and the music was at the right volume for us to have a conversation. We've got served by Gynette and Dan and they were both very attentive. Will definitely come back.

Superb pub. We had the sea bass and it was beyond expectations for a pub. It was delicious. A little surprised they don’t carry any 0% alcohol ciders though. Their non alcoholic drinks were limited to 2 which seems weird in the modern landscape for a pub. Avoid the pork belly though; it was awful.
