Came with a group of friends a couple of months ago for an early evening drink, we stayed till after midnight! Lovely atmosphere. We've subsequently made Wags and Tails a regular meet up spot to catch up. ? Added bonus, their burritos did a marvellous job of easing the tummy rumbles. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Wags and tales is a lovely bar/restaurant very friendly staff great music selection. However, the Stella always has a very off taste like eggs or yeast. Have complained so many times about it yet it's still the same. Dogs are welcome yet they do not have any free dog treats like many of the pubs around the area. You can buy a pupachino which is basically frothy milk for £3/4 which is a joke!

Flat white with the extra shot hits the spot! I came back for another within the hour - so good! Excellent friendly customer service and the pup cakes look good enough for a human to consume too! Great vegan options also

We had such a lovely dinner at Wags N Tales tonight, we just had to leave a review. This place tricks all our boxes - locally owned, reasonably priced, great veggie options (even the meat eaters among us agreed the food was amazing), relaxed and family friendly, with incredibly helpful and polite staff. Just as importantly they welcome dogs, offering our pup his own water bowl and he loved the ‘pup cake’ which is just one of the selection of doggie treats they offer. On our visit there were 3 very well behaved dogs enjoying quality time with their families and also families with small children. Every one was catered for beautifully and the atmosphere was happy and chilled. Thanks to the staff for a great Friday family night out.

Raj is absolutely amazing! She is so warm, welcoming and friendly. The food was also amazing - we absolutely love Wags N Tales - amazing ambience inside, positive vibes and good people.Nitin is also super friendly, they are so good at building a rapport with people.I've tried pretty much everything on the menu and there's nothing I don't like and their carrot cake is the best carrot cake I've ever tasted! Thank you so much! ?

Delicious, innovative vegan food in a well-decorated, comfy hangout spot and oh, footy on the telly :) The owner stopped by for a nice chat making this a very memorable outing. Thank you for having us!

Although the place with busy, the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The staff explained that we could order at the bar or using the QR code at the table. We used the QR code. The food came quick than expected considering the number of people. I had the classic dog with chips and my partner got the cheese & mushroom omelette(which I sampled) and both were delish. (I also had the spicy bean burrito and tacos on previous visits... also fabulous). I would definitely get it again. The energy was electric. There was a buzz of people moving around and you could here lively conversation all around. Several people had dogs with them; others had small children. Although the energy level was electric, there was a warmth and safe feel to it. Definitely dog and family friendly (very 'Surbiton' if you are from here). We split a peanut butter whoopie pie (but this takes some discipline as you will want your own). After my last few visits, this will definitely be my place to go when I want to go out.

Really nice place. We had breakfast there. Ordered a few dishes to try and they were all delicious. Nice shakshuka and veggie breakfast was great ? homemade beans and a yummy veggie sausage. I tried their apple cinnamon crumble muffin and that was nice too. They have a few benches outside which was great for summer. Definitely go back again. (Breakfast dishes are between £7-£12 which is good. )

First time eating here and would definitely come back! I had the full breakfast with an extra egg and homemade beans. You order via an app which was quick and convenient. It gives you options on how you want your eggs cooked or if you prefer home made beans or heinze. The portion size isn't bad but only came with one egg and it cost an extra £2 to order the extra one. I also ordered the beetroot latte which was really nice. It was all cooked well, nice runny poached eggs and good quality bread. Staff were friendly and attentive. We had one slight issue with our meal but this was dealt with in a satisfactory and professional manner. All came to £17.50 which I think is expensive but I guess that's the cost of living now!

quite disappointed and upset. went there for drinks and cake with my friend. bar area was really busy when i entered with lots of people ordering take-away. so sat down in the usual seating area i go to (has never been a problem before, especially since i once waited by the sign and stood there for ten minutes waiting for someone to seat me, until i gave up). we order on the QR code. food takes a while to arrive but we don’t mind, we’re chatting and catching up. go up to the bar to pay to be treated by an extremely passive aggressive lady stating that we were seated in the wrong area, and that area is only for food, but we were eating cakes, is that not food? and to wait to be seated next time. place was empty, everyone seated in the same location as us were all drinking and eating cakes, so unsure as to why i was the only one targeted and spoken to in such a unnecessary manner considering all that had happened was we had sat at the ‘wrong’ table of a empty cafe, a simple polite statement would have sufficed. considering i have been going to your place for years, supported you through covid and have recommended you to numerous people i feel let down. have no problem with the fact you were short staffed, it happens, the food was nice and we didn’t mind waiting because we both work in hospitality and know what it’s like when it’s busy. but it’s just to be spoken to like that over something so stupid, when i was literally paying? maybe next time you should consider putting more signs up to inform your customers or greet the customers when they enter and politely tell them that they will be seated in a second.

Sam at Wags and Tales in absolute brilliant! He always greets us with a smile and a very polite welcome. He goes above and beyond and makes our visit one to remember. Thankyou Sam

Nice enough drinking place. Nice enough food, even cakes. Sort of a mix between a pub for drinking and a coffee shop where you can bring your dog(s). Also show sport. Ticks a lot of social boxes.

We come here regularly, it's our favourite brunch spot in Surbiton. We're meat eaters, and this place is veggie only, but it's tasty enough that you don't even care. Plus - the cakes are epic. Would recommend to anyone.Vegetarian options: The whole menu is veggie - my personal favourite is the poached eggs with a side of guacamole - very tasty combo
