Got yelled at by an employee. Then tried to take a picture of her name badge to make a complain, but got physically attacked by her

Big place. Went in the afternoon on a Wednesday in March.Parking is free for 2 hours and uses number plate recognition so no need for tickets. There is disabled parking near the entrance but that is in the car park on the first floor. There are elevators and travelletors to the ground floor, which bring you to the entrance from the High Street. As with most Asda stores it has lots of departments, including clothes, kitchenware, toys, fresh fruit and vegetables, tinned goods, toiletries, frozen section, bakery, etc.It also has a sushi place and a pharmacy - the pharmacy is open 9am to 9pm so is great if you get a prescription late in the day. The pharmacy were also very helpful and managed to order in the medicine for our daughter when nowhere else good.Store was clean and tidy and staff were helpful, apart from the surly female store assistant on the shelf help tills who made me feel as if I was in the way when she had to fix the till not recognising an item. Hey ho.Overall very good... Apart from that female member of staff. It was 5 stars till she came along.

Horrible customer service from one of cigarettes/vape counter sellers.I was holding very heavy box in both of my hands and wanted to pay for balloons and straws. Men didn't greet me, instead he slowly said that this till if for cigarette buyers only! But there was two cashiers and only me and one more person in the queue.Didn't want to serve me. Didn't greet me.Very unpleasant situation in ASDA.

This shop has declined in the last year .most days The shelves are empty. Cages left up the middle of Isles with boxes just laid around everywhere ,hardly ever got any trolleys in the bays. One of the worst shop I’ve ever been in.

Really rude members of staff on a whole ...my experience early this evening male member of staff total ignorance of just letting me know on cigarette kiosk that his till wasn't in operation and to move along to the other ..only to be met by a even ruder female staff member who treated me like a piece of scum because I questioned her about their practice on the reasons why he didn't let me know about the closed down area .,shocking customer realations on their part ..never use Asda again .

I deliberately order online max shopping £40 so that I can buy a big pack of 24× 200ml Pepsi max.But unfortunately when the driver turned up he told me that the Pepsi is not in the lorry. What a incompetent person the home shopping manager could be.He should have checked the order before he despatched it.
Problems with the digital scanners slowed down the shopping but all good otherwise

Has to be the worst Asda store I've been in, health safety is out of the window with all the rubbish and cages on the floor!!!!

Busy store but okay

Generally a clean and pleasant store - except for the uncooked meat section. On my last 3 visits this has looked like the last day of the Harrods sale - very little stock, and what meat remains is often in the wrong place (though no problems with the chicken section - this seems fine for some reason)
