I usually use this petrol station for jet wash but today when I wanted to use the number one machine ,I paid but the machine not working and when I asked the supervisor and reception to help me they rudely answered me and said that it’s not our duty. I’m very sorry . Embarrassing

Don't visit here twice in one day. I done so and got charged for staying there for 6 hours. The company who operates the parking are corrupt. I just mainly just avoid the place in case I forget.

For those of you all moaning about being fined for spending to much time here either cleaning your car or waiting to, STOP!!! If you are here more than 30 minutes, you need to register your car numberplate instore - pretty much like most pub carparks these days. This is for YOUR own protection and to stop people from using the station as a car park. There is plenty of signage up around the station advising people of this, so instead of moaning, how about paying a bit more attention to what you are doing instead!! its not rocket science guys!! Well done BP, a great car wash site too.

The car wash was not working but still my card was accepted. As the person on the till and extremely unhelpful.. al he know to say was NO, CALL THE MANAGER, I DON'T KNOW. Make it short I paid for nothing... They are bandits.Shanesse your reply is uselesss crook

I like others have also received a ticket for filling my car with fuel and queuing and using the car wash. IF ANYONE READS THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO VISITING THE PETROL STATION, I strongly advise to go elsewhere. I have appealed the ticket and the appeal has been rejected. It is highly unjust and unfair.BP- CHANGE THE SYSTEM QUICKLY AS IT IS MAKING YOU LOOK LIKE YOU’RE SCAMMING YOUR CUSTOMERSFOLLOW UP***** The reply by BP is lip service- nothing has been done, they have directed me to the franchisee that operates the Petrol station, who refuse to get involved.END RESULT- DO NOT USE THIS STATION UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO PAY A £100 FINE

Imagine going to get your car washed and filling petrol and then getting fined £60 for having to queue to have your car washed. Please note once in the queue you can't just decide to leave the queue so you are stuck regardless on whether you want to queue for nearly an hour!I even appealed the fine and they rejected it!!!I advise you not to get you car washed here unless you want you to spend a ridiculous amount getting your car washed for a terrible experience.Is this even legal to fine you for queuing?

Very rude costumer service. I tried to pick up a parcel from eBay and the guy didn’t give it to me even I had my ID and my name on the parcel. Terrible Don’t use this BP for drop off or pick up. Better not use it all.

The long queue for car wash and gas fuel was £100 for parking penalty. So you should be very careful of long waiting car wash. If this penalty is not resolved, I won't go there again.
It is fine and convenient. The automatic car wash can be better.

Be careful when you want to have the car wash offer! Basically a scam on the car wash offer of buy 3 get 4th free as you must need to pay at kiosks rather than using the machine outside car wash to pay! There is no sign and warning at the car wash station to remind you only after you paid at machine and without any receipt, then you went to the kiosk to ask and they said they cannot offer me any receipt as proof or couldn’t refund and repay at kiosk again!

Rude staff, refused to speak to me and when I tried to speak to him (Sankar) just pointed to the card machine for me to pay. Didn't even have the decency to say its ready. Very Very rude people.
