Yuly and Anna served me today at COSTA in Cheam. I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the politeness of the 2 ladies. I think they deserved 5 or 10 stars if that is possible. All the best for you ladies .

Ordered a chai latte to takeout, left the shop and tasted it. To my surprise (it wasn’t particular to my surprise as the staff appeared to not care for their own hygiene let alone mine), the chai tasted of mud, grass and damp. Upon further inspection I smelt the cup and it reeked of damp. Went back in immediately to get another made that would not poison me and again the same issue occurred but this time I tested it in store. Was informed there’s not much he could do as that’s all that were none in the storage room (no doubt couldn’t be bothered to get cups that wouldn’t make his customers ill) and made another from a cup further back. This time it tasted less of damp and mud but was still there. As I was told nothing else could be done (no refund even suggested) I was left with no choice but to bin the chai. Rip £4.65, hopefully with the money he didn’t refund me he could buy some shampoo and deodorant. Oh wait he still would social distance from his shower head. Trust me the shower head won’t kill you.God knows what the hiring process is there but the staff are certainly the least hygienic individuals I have ever witnessed.Anyway, he was a very sassy man slapping the cups around, it’s almost like he has no respect for himself or his customers or he wouldn’t give them items that would make them ill.Thanks pal half of cheam has probably developed a new strand of Covid-24 from your lack of care, respect and hygiene ??

Hello lovely’s ? and coffee lovers too☕️☕️?, Rafaela who served me was ever so polite, service with a smile, friendly, engaging and proficient, I had a flat white with an extra caramel shot which Rafaela put in the coffee which was great, it tasted so nice,she complimented me on my Lindberg glasses which was really sweet of her,Thank you ☕️??

Limited staff, dirty tables, baristas that can’t make coffee. Cost off coffees £3.25. Only time they had sufficient stafff and cleanliness was when their manager did inspection. Poorly motivated staff with zero enthusiasm. Even regular staff can’t make barista standard coffee.

It was my last visit at Costa Sutton. My previous experience was bad, but I decided to give it another go. My mistake. Place is disgusting, staff rude, latte had one colour and had some coffee granules at the bottom. Not what you expect from Costa. All tables were dirty and when I asked for a cloth so I could wipe my table I was rudely told someone will clean it. Lady that came to wipe it was even more rude and very irritated with my request. Please do not work if you don't feel like working with and for people.
