I wanted to use the Vodafone free drink offer which I saw on the App before visiting the café but when I got there and was ready to redeem it, I could no longer find the offer. I then spent ages waiting on hold to speak to someone from Vodafone, but when I finally got through, the person was not really able to help. I live locally and visited Costa often, staff is friendly, and cappuccino of course nice! What a shame about the toilets! Filthy, dirty, smelly, and decor coming off the wall!. Toilet brush dirty with bits!...Lools like the holiday never gets a clean! Disgusting..I used because my incontinence but I shouldn't!

We popped in to have some hot drinks and cakes. The selection available was good and the staff were welcoming despite there being a bit of a queue. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the cutlery, which is normally impeccable and did find it off putting to say the least.
