Owner is Bengali but name is indian restaurant,Owner behaviour with staff is so bedI saw once he( owner)did miss behav with an waiter without any reason but waiter was to good to serve with us.and i shaw again some customer gave a tips for waiter for good service but unfortunately the owner put the tips money in his pocket.

Service was ok from one of the waiters, but the second one looked like he wanted to kill us. It was funny how angry he looked. Food was ok but nothing special. Prob wont visit again unless i have my cousin with us, hes an ex boxer!!!

Service absolutely appalling. Extremely rude person on the phone telling me that they have their own version of paneer (which is not paneer but some melting cheese), and if I want a real version of saag paneer I should specify that in the order, no matter that the dish is actually called SAAG PANEER on the menu. Curating for English customers, but keeping the original terminology. Shouting on the phone and rude like crazy!

Lovely food and service we came down from Stoke-on-Trent for the night visiting family best food we had definitely go back
It used to be a great Indian but it seems it's under new management. The price is different every time you ring and it's now gone up 20% it's the same price if you order on Uber eats. The food is still great! But getting really put off by whoever has been answering the phone as well as the price going up! I won't be ordering again for a while hopefully if the old owner is still around he will get more involved again and price goes back to normal but for now I won't be ordering!

Had a takeaway, and quite frankly it was the poorest quality alleged curry I have ever witnessed. I literally received a bland tomato dish with soggy onions running through it. The meat was supposed to be chicken tikka. It was dry, not the slightest hint of tikka flavour, and the chicken itself was dry and bland. Never again. You have been warned.

Ordered food, waited over an hour and a half for them to cancel the order because the DELIVERY driver was too lazy to come and deliver my food to my door. We had to pay a delivery fee and there was no obstruction for the driver not to have made this delivery. Spoke with the manager who had a stinking attitude about the matter who said the delivery driver is working for money and I'm treating him like a "slave" because I'm asking him to do what he is being paid to do.By the looks of the responses that this restaurant has given to other disgruntled customers these people need to learn some customer service skills. If I could give 0 stars I would.
