This is by far the worst chicken shop I’ve ever been to. The food was dry, and had clearly been sitting out for a while. The restaurant itself was disgusting - the floor was sticky, every table had people’s empty bags, boxes, trays left out on them where the staff could t be bothered to clear them. The bin was overflowing, and had clearly not been changed for some time. In the corner of the restaurant a staff member was sitting blaring TV channels out of his phone - the t-shirt he was wearing looked like it had its own ecosystem it was so dirty, the poor thing has obviously never seen a washing machine in its life. How this place hasn’t been shut down by the Food Standards Agency is beyond me. I cannot rate this place low enough. Horrible!

Very poor quality food, old chips , no drinks for the meals(machine not working) , no one cleaning the tables! Extremely disappointed! This shop the lowest quality and service KFC shop I ever visited in my life!

Ordered a variety bucket and nothing odd was mentioned. Checked everything was there to notice no chips, they then decide to inform me they "have no chips" but after complaining I magically left with chips...

Absolutely poor service I waited around half an hour for my food to be prepared. It seems understaff only 3 staff in the store. After I got my food realised wings were missing. Absolutely rubbish.

POOR JESUS REALLY SO POOR!! COLONEL SANDERS TURN IN YOUR GRAVE. YUM FOODS BE ASHAMED. PEPSICO POOR. GREASY FLOOR WHEN YOU WALK IN AND CAN FALL AR*E OVER YOU KNOW WHAT. 3 GUYS BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO LOOK DRUGGED UP AND THE FOOD WHEN I GOT HOME WAS BELOW FOOD HYGIENE STANDARDS!! . BY THE WAY I LIVE JUST OVER THE ROAD IN FESTIVAL COURT. COLD DRY HORRIBLE CHIPS AND A BURGER WITH RUBBISH CHICKEN. KFC YOU ARE APPALLING AND ESPECIALLY ROSE HILL. THIS WAS A GOOD BRANCH A FEW YEARS AGO. GET PEOPLE WHO CARE! WHAT A JOKE OF A PLACE. KNOW WHY I USE DIFFERENT CHICKEN SHOPS NOWADAYS!

Wow can’t believe it’s led to me having to come here and write a review but here we are…KFC- Rosehill from being one of my favourite places to come for food has now become/becoming the worst kfc branch in the county no exaggeration!The service is astonishingly slow, dragging their feet across the floor,half arsed not showing any sign of professionalism and this is just unacceptable for a ‘Fast-Food’ restaurant.Especially for a billion dollar company like KFC who set a example in this industry. Getting a order mixed up and missing a chips isn’t something i moan about it this stuff happens,But the consistency of them always mixing up or not giving the correct orders is just beyond ridiculous.Not only me but every-time I have been there in the last year there was always a order wrong or people at the till complaining the standard of food aswell is agitating too .The list goes on but something has to be done at this branch a change of management is desperately needed so a team that is professional can be put together to work here. If this isn’t possible the place should just be closed down and that’s the last thing I or anyone locals would want.
