Useless service, ordering food and main burgers missing not a firs time !

I was paying in cash so I didn’t pay on the screens but 10 minutes went by and my food still don’t come (I’m a teenager so I didn’t really know how it works) so I went to ask at the counter someone called Sireesha or something like that. I asked if you had to pay before you get your food and she said no. 15 minutes went by and I still didn’t get my food (it’s only small fries) so I asked where my food was bc I was waiting like 20mins and she asked if I paid. So I said no and she said that i needed to. I then said ok and she rudely said 'Do you want to give me your receipt then. Anyway she was just plain rude!

No receipt out of self service, one of the managers I saw daily the fries more than once leaving me with inedible fries, the initially tried to give me fries that were like warm. The only positive here was the black man serving at the front in a red/pink hi-vis.. he looked like the only person actually working and doing it at twice the speed because everyone else including the 3 managers that I saw were just standing around chatting moving like snails and over salting the fries.

The vege burger seems to be just thrown together and contents are falling out of the bun. Table service was not brilliant as I ordered coffee. And the food tray was brought with no sugar, stirrer or napkins. It wasn't even asked of me. Bit disappointed as am a mc.donald customer for 2 decades.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian meal option is .. just one burger and one vege wrap. But as other wraps get rotated daily as wrap of the day and have price of £1.99 us vegetarians have to wait only once a week to have that discount .. where as meat eaters get discounted options every day.
For some reason the Sutton McD’s ice cream machine never works. I’m either just so unlucky that it just happens every time we come here which I doubt is the case. What a joke I think the staff don’t know how to use it correctly

My friend waited over 20 minutes for his food as you can see in this picture he is angry and stressed out since he hasn’t eaten in 2 days the staff were unproductive/ not making food quick enough the food was cold as I was waiting for so
