I don't use Starbucks. Their coffee is awful. Prefer small independent coffee shops.

The Starbucks on Sutton High Street was always crowded and crowded, and the coffee was weaker than I expected. Perhaps because this Starbucks is next to a supermarket, there are a lot of people, but they wake up quickly, and it's bigger than Sutton's. Sometimes, I walk for exercise, read a book, and briefly shop for groceries.

This was my first ever visit to this branch. I spend a lot of money on Starbucks across a few different branches, first and last time here.I ordered upfront on the app 10 minutes before I arrived, when I arrived it wasn’t ready and around 12-15 people were waiting by the coffee machine. The older lady operating the machine was incredibly slow given that the machine does 90% of the work in a Starbucks. After another 10 minutes the lady went off and was replaced with another younger lady with coloured hair, admittedly she was quicker but she was so rushed and picking up the slack on backdated orders that orders were going out wrong.I eventually got mine after 20 minutes in store and 30 minutes after placing the initial order to be met with a drink made with the wrong milk, I was so so angry but didn’t have to time to go back and complain knowing that it would take forever to get another drink.I will not be trying this branch again unfortunately and will stick to the stores I know work alot better than this one

My favourite shops, but not all Starbucks' have got that homey atmosphere. I got my favourite Starbucks only some miles awayVegetarian options: I would love to see more vegan and vegetarian range selects

Noisy, busy and the worst latte ever from a Starbucks. Staff moaning that they should have finished at 4.00pm.

Generally good and comfortable, but why will they insist on making drink-in orders in takeaway cups? I'm no eco zealot, but come on folks at least practice what you preach.

Paid for a venti but was given a grande drink. Not acceptable! (Girl with purple hair)

Service very hit and miss. Never have an issue at Raynes Park. Here however they always forget something. Ordered Iced Caramel Macchiato and twice they've not put any vanilla syrup in or caramel drizzle on inside of cup. Ordered clotted cream fudge cold brew and no fudge on top. Ordered Iced Caffe Latte with 5 shots of Vanilla. No sweetness or vanilla taste. Today the complete failure to understand the simple order of a Quad Espresso Macchiato. Ended up with just a Quad Espresso. Once ordered a Matcha Latte, which is tea but the server added espresso. She just responded its a Latte so it's espresso. Had to explain Matcha was TEA.

Had a bacon roll and large cappuccino. Coffee OK bacon roll was poor, sadly. Barely two slices of thin bacon on a dry roll for (if I remember correctly) nearly £5!
Clean and quick
