Saturday 18 Nov. 2023. A really good well cooked breakfast muffin plus two coffees and water and change out of £8. What could be fairer than that. Our complements to the chef.

Excellent. The pub had a nice atmosphere, the staff were busy but still engaging. The place was impressively clean, including the tables. More so the food was great.Much much better than I expected from a few negative reviews here. Full marks. Enjoyed the visit.

A solid Spoons. I must admit Sutton town centre isn’t too inspiring so just a cheap watering hole is much obliged.Ordering from the app I tried to make the most of three thirds of ale as part of the ale festival. One wasn’t available so it was duly replaced.You can’t knock three ale samplers for circa £2.50.The price vs quality was ideal. Nothing salubrious, but you don’t need it to be.

Poor poor service. Food takes for ever to arrive. No help from bar staff. Their reply was “ I’ve no idea how long it’s going to take”. Not even busy.

Service very poor. Twice had to go up and get our drinks when ordered on app. Tables were not cleared and toilets were leaking with wet floor signs everywhere
