This is the 2nd time in 5 yrs I have Ordered from this place and still disappointed. Ordered chicken tikka masala and lamb korma and had to throw the lot away. Not even the kids enjoyed it!!!!!

This used was a good take a way , however something must changed . Order was missing one dish and lamb pasanda looked like lamb korma , person on the phone hanged up while I talked to him .I think this was the last time, such a shame .

I’m afraid that the most recent reviews are all true, as I have had several poor experiences there over the past few months. It would appear that the management has changed, or something similar, as they now seem to be unable to supply the good quality food and service that they were known for. Somebody is trying to squeeze more profit from the place, and it is not working! Why not? Smaller portions, higher prices, items missing from orders, quoted times being doubled in practice; and when I have called to complain, they seemed to be indifferent! All this will only drive customers away. It’s certainly the truth in my case, so I shall be trying elsewhere in future. It’s bye-bye from me, sadly.

Orderd food last week and they forgot both my naan bread and my food was cold like Warm called the shop. The guy said he was really sorry but were really busy can I send it for free with extra on next order. I expected I orders again today reminded the guy he said yeah no problem we send you 2 free naan and took my order. It arrived with no naan when I called the guy stated getting rude and abusive. I will never ever order from here again amd I've been ordering for years.

Prices gone up over 25% in one go, offers 20% discount until the end of the month and a free bottle of coke. When I picked it up no discount had to ask, when I got home no coke in bag. Tonight ordered again asked how much was told 19.90 I said what about 20% discount he said oh yes. I told him and the coke as you didn't give us one last time. We have been customers since they opened 22 years ago.on collection tgere were no popadoms as for 22 tears you get free one with each main meal, he said no popadoms any more, that on top of 25% rise and nit giving discount or coke. I told him this is our last order ever 25% more and bad service after 22 years of being loyal customers. Stay away food quality gone down as well. Pat

It really hurts me to say this we have been using Westmead Halal for over 10 years and the service of late has not been good !! To top it off they are currently giving a 20% discount for deliveries but their portion size is a third !! How does that work !! Cost of living crisis we are all in it ! Any suggestions where to use next ?
We had our takeaway from here last night and it was delicious. Will definitely be coming back. Was so impressed with how clean the curry was and flavourful. Thank you so much. I look forwards to ordering again.

We will not be returning customers!!First time trying this curry house, not impressed. Onion Bhaji’s were over cooked, mushroom rice was flavourless and chicken in masala was tough and didn’t taste nice.. however, masala sauce was fairly nice.

We tried ordering from a different venue, which failed, I persuaded my partner to try another. We are so glad we did. I had king prawn, she had lamb sag, and her son had chicken korma. All with mushroom rice, and i had a peshwari naan. The quantity of meat in the food was surprising, Needless to say, there was plenty. The naan had so much filling. It was... it's hard to emphasize how nice it was in a text.We think we have found ourgo-too tandoori. The reason for the review, 3 days later, we are still talking about how impressed and how good it was. We will be ordering again.
