I had a Lamb dish which didn't taste like lamb. The ingredients were fine but the 'lamb' seemed to be unlamb. Lamb has a very distinct taste. This just tasted of meat.

Nice place to visit with family and sit down for a sumptuous meal. Good ambience and friendly staff, along with the Nepalese and Indian cuisine, means we will be back for sure.The special fried rice, Chilli chicken, and Veg momos were special, and the Aloo Rayo was something that I had not heard of or tasted before. ?

Delivery was half an hour late, the food was lukewarm, naan bread cold. Wouldn’t order again, for what they charged I would expect a hot meal delivered on time.

My manager organised lunch at work catered for by Gurkha's - The service was amazing, food was amazing!!All my colleagues were impressed.They came and set up - nothing was too much.

Every year I have all my football friends around to my house in Sydenham for an end of season curry. We play a friendly vets game (45-79 is the age range) every week. This year we had 29 people for the curry and I ordered it from Ghurkhas. As it was such a big take away order I spoke to them a few days ahead of schedule to make sure they would be able to handle it. They did a brilliant job. The whole order was ready as planned on 20 December at 7.15 PM as agreed and everything was perfectly boxed up and warm when we got it home (we live only 5 mins away). We had a super evening of excellent curry and a few beers and much good fun looking back on our season. Thank you to all the staff at Ghurkas and Merry Xmas.

I placed a very large order for 14 people last week. The restaurant was very helpful ensuring the order was fulfilled properly - contacting me by email to check for any changes. The food was delivered on the day bang on time time, well packed and piping hot. Best of all it was really delicious. Thank you Bal!
