I have been using boots in Teddington all my life. As a young child going into the old shop on the opposite side of the road. The staff before Covid were always helpful and friendly. Since Covid boots has gone down hill. Prescription are never ready on time. The staff most of the time are rude and unhelpful. Can not believe that after all this time they have still not sorted themselves out. This branch used to win awards for service. What has gone wrong?

Often a lot or empty shelves in Boots lately, Teddington and Twickenham branch, Twickenham is worse....beauty products mostly missing...don't understand it because Superdrug just a few stores down is always FULLY stocked...bad managers in the area maybe?

The impression I had is that they have no clue what they are doing. They need training to learn how to run the place.

Entitled, rude service with no organisation. Queues are ridiculously long. Not the first time I’ve had problems with them- have been falsely accused of stealing there. They won’t see me there again.

Stood outside 9.15am 6/07/23 store still not open due to lateness. Awaiting essential prescription.

Why doesn't this branch open on time in the morning?Myself and mothers with pushchairs and buggies all outside in the sleet waiting for the lights to come on and the doors unlocked.

Lately working with fake offers 3 for 2. It is highly likely to be supported when you pay
They need to improve their stock! They never seem to have the things I need. Quite frustrating to be told to go to a bigger Boots when having one in my area

4/10/22 currently 09:21 and the store is yet to be open. Chilled goods are left outside as well as pharmacy prescriptions due to the store not being open. It can take a long time to get served here.Store finall opened at 09:27. Opening staff need to get here on time in future

Really bad experience at Boots today. I had one person in front of me at the pharmacy and only managed to walk out from there 28 minutes later. I had to pick up a medicine for which they had received the prescription 2 days ago. It was a shambles, from finding it to packing it. Despite I had been waiting for a relatively long time already, the assistant was busy sorting out a prescription for the day after. Really not impressed today, sorry!

Useless. Booked a flu job for early December. Boots cancelled the day before. Rebooked for tomorrow, and just got a text that they had 'moved' the appointment to next Thursday, which I cannot do. If they can't commit to keeping vaccination appointments there's no point in booking in the first place. Very disappointing service.
