Very miserable and rude staff. Awful customer service.

Good coffee, excellent Brie & Bacon panini.

As others have said the Manager here with the bald head is absolutely awful. Many have complained about him to Head Office both employees and customers but nothing changes.I think a petition is required to get this individual removed or the store will continue to decline.

My favourite Nero , always a friendly atmosphere and good coffee. A well run cafe by Paolo and his team.Super!

Conveniently situated on Broad Street. Dropped in for a coffee and hot snack in the evenIng. Two staff in the shop. From the outset, there was a tense atmosphere. Perhaps there had been an argument? The member of staff behind the counter refused to heat up my dish. I asked why. He said “We don’t hear those”.So I took it home, microwaved it and it was excellent.

This is a really good café Nero. I come here fairly often and the staff are always friendly, super efficient and my drinks are always well made. There's always a few people sitting and having coffee/cake so there's always a good atmosphere if you want to sit and relax for a bit. They're dog friendly too, which is lovely.

Drinks and food were okay but the manager - I think his name was Paulo- was utterly rude and dismissive. Will not be going again.

The manager, Paulo, was very unfriendly and short tempered with customers and colleagues. It made for a really uncomfortable experience for everyone.
Always a good experience, clean and friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance although along a side street is flat and with a slight incline for ease.. the door is not automatic so you would need a kind stranger to hold the door open

This looks small from the outside but had much more room and a garden at the back. It's a typical Café Nero.

The lady that served me was nice and the coffee was hot but nobody is keeping the place clean.Several tables with dirty cups and things just sitting there and they were still there 20 mins later, eventually a member of staff cleared them but no cloth or spray was used to sanitise the table. The table we sat at hadn’t been wiped down, you could see all the stains and it was sticky, the floor was dirty and look like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
