Ordered the Festive Pizza it was as dry as the desert because they forgot to add the Cranberry Drizzel. The store was gracious enough to send a replacement in a timely manner, though asked the messed up pizza back!

Today I was very disappointed. I ordered my usual pizza. First I went to the shop and my order was not ready. Then they told me after waiting for 10 minutes. Then they told me one of the delivery driver actually mistook my pizza out. So I waited for 15 minutes extra for them to prepare my Margarita pizza they gave me the pizza without checking. I came back home and looked at it and it was burned. So I have to go back to the shop again and show them the picture of the burn pizza.I wish I can send you guys the photo to have a look at it. I'm very disappointed when they close the box can they don't actually see the pizza is burned.I was very disappointed with the service.

This is Dominoes Teddington now. This was meant to be a veggie volcano as they ran out of vegan pepperoni and this was what they sent instead. Barely any cheese and over cooked. When I rung they wouldn’t send me another one and just offered a refund. Really gone down hill unfortunately just as the prices have gone up. This is about the fourth time I’ve tried to see if it gets better but it doesn’t!

My Son loves Domino Pizza , so we regularly order take away fromTeddington branch. It’s very simple to order on app, add any extra toppings, ready in 15/20 min to collect. Supper fast if you use collection service. this is the best Domino’s I've ever been to! Great food, excellent service, friendly staff.Definitely recommend.Specially collection if you live locally.

Always a speedy delivery, food arrives hot. Wide menu with lots of deals. Weather has never affected my deliveries. Drivers are always friendly and polite. You no longer get the little plastic table thingy to stop the top of the box touching the pizza so a couple of times I have received squished pizza.Kid-friendliness: My nephew (4) always eats his pizza from here. Even the crust lol

Domino's is good. These are three words I could get cancelled for, but I'm saying it because it's the truth.Pros: A bit of a flat base, but flat base pizzas are nice. You can taste the tomato sauce. Decent price. I waited a bit too long, but they still served me.Cons: N/A.
Delivery was so late it was ridiculous, my daughter had to go to bed and miss out. When I phoned no apology no offer and so rude. They genuinely did not care in the slightest.

Ordered pizza’s for dinner. One came incomplete (without the sauce as advertised on the website). Called and was told they would make and deliver a new one. 30 minutes later had to call again and apparently no one cooked a new one. So they cooked a new one and delivered it with twice the amount of sauce as usual which made it inedible. Absolutely childish behaviour from staff all round. Would not recommend this restaurant and won’t be ordering again
