Filter coffee was fine, service was less than good with the server choosing to not to inform me it was a long wait for a fresh pot & chat with the another member of staff instead. I got my coffee roughly 10 minutes later after asking. Seems the lack of competition has lowered service standards at this site.

This is my fav place where very kind and polite staff are working! They are generous , positive , cherry and smiling. They hug my daughter kindy everytime. In Teddington there is no such warm place. Thank you!

I went Saturday at 7:30 pm and they already closed when I checked it said they closed at 8 pm ?
My order was took with no one waiting to order or waiting for an order. I was Waiting 10 minutes whilst staff stood there and talked. I asked how long it would be politely and was told in a minute by someone with a sarcastic smile. Service in this Starbucks is and always has been bad in my opinion. Local Hero across the road is way better.

Detoured to visit here this morning, only to find that the opening times are advertised incorrectly both on Google and on the Starbucks app! Saturday opening hours are 06:30 - not 6am.

Generally stick to quiet non-chain cafes but thought I'd give Starbucks in Teddington a go for a change. Vast improvement following a recent revamp. Lots of open space, a choice of places to sit, bright and cheerful décor and most importantly (besides the coffee) it is clean. It can be noisy at certain times of day which is inevitable (young children running around, people with mobile phones on loudspeakers - why do people do this, it's selfish?!). My only complaint at this point would be the choice of music so take ANR headphones with you if this could be an issue.
