Limited selection of products at extortionate prices, for example, the £5.50 sandwich meal deal. There always seems to be staff stocking shelves which means aisles are cluttered, even after a recent refurbishment. Given that the shop is usually very busy, there can be lengthy queues and no self service checkouts to make things easier. Staff aren’t the friendliest.
I visited bp trinity rd this eve 29th July and one staff member was extremely RUDE! I politely asked if reduced food items to be reduced futher as it was 10.30pm and he angrily said NO and then said i buy at that price or we put it in bin!! I was so embarrassed! Will not buy from that branch if it's his shift??
