Staff are lovely and the indoor cafe area is great for laptop work. I go here regularly however the standard of coffee is rather inconsistent and it depends on the barista. From excellent to very average coffee, flat whites should be silk like texture but are often latte milkshakes!

Asked for a double macchiato take away and the trainee barista gave me a take away single espresso with no milk… had to grab a train so didn’t go back.Should have been watching how it was made…Surely you train your staff and they should know that it includes 2shots and milk?

Delicious toasties and cakes, kind staff and a well kept, cosy atmosphere
It does the job but it is a chain cafe, so don’t expect much. Comfortable seating but not enough for the amount of people visiting, so don’t expect to be able to get a table. Also very limited options for vegans although if you are lucky you can get one of their vegan croissants. It is a decent option, just not top of the list.

We came for breakfast and there was only a trainee working alone, she was very good and fast but not enough to avoid a long queue forming. Eventually another staff emerged from downstairs. Wasted so much time! Also the pastries were old or not well cooked, not the usual Caffe’ Nero standard.
