I have ordered food online and i received the wrong items. I tried to contact the manager but he didn’t even try to solve my problem. As a result, my family stayed without dinner. I am very disappointed.

Toilets were disgusting poo and wee all over the floor and seat. I tried to put my bag on door hook which was not a proper hook as it was just a straight metal pole so. My bag feel off the metal pole smashing all the bottles and food in my bag. So I had to go home wash my bag and other items in my bag and put bottles food items in the bin. I am extremely angry I won’t be going back

We were happily arrived at the store until we reach to the till, one of your staff approached with an attitude. When I pointed my Blue Light Card, he just said that we can only a discount, and we can't get the price offer. And then when we ask why, he just said "because you can't", with a very bad intonation and expression. Then I said "Excuse Me", the staff walked away and another lady staff took over from that man to talk to us. She immediately said, "because you have a blue card, you can only choose either discount or price offer" and when we wanted to choose the price offer she said "sorry it has been given discount" I asked how come? She said "it has been selected" I asked by who? Because we only got to know this and was not being offered earlier! She just said "sorry" we were gutted! The person should said sorry was the man before her not her!! I can see this happening from your CCTV today 19.10.23 at 5.16pm!! Of he does like working there I reckon he can quit!!

Very disappointed that when ordering I’m told I can not have what I want? I am the consumer,I order 2 piece meal with two chicken breast as I can noteat any other part of the chicken.each time I come in and make my order I’m told no you can’t have two breast! I’m the one paying for a product ? How dear you tell me what no.the place was a mess ,tables where unclean ,I had to get the staff to clean before I could sit down

It is frustrating to see the vegan burger advertised on their website and social media, only to be met with disappointment when I attempt to order it in-store or through their app.Moreover, I have tried contacting their customer service to inquire about the availability of the vegan burger, but their responses have been vague and unhelpful. It seems like they are not prioritizing the needs of their vegan customers, which is quite disheartening.As a loyal KFC customer, I believe that they should take responsibility for their advertisements and ensure that they have the vegan burger consistently available across all their outlets. It's essential for them to meet the expectations they've set and provide options for all dietary preferences.
