honestly, i don’t know what’s the hype about and i guess i would never understand. its plane water with some syrup and voila they name it a coffee. i’ve tried a late ( somewhat better) and i’ve tried mocha (meh) and i’ve tried some cold caramel drink a few years ago so don’t remember the name. everyone has a different opinion. i’m sure there’s a reason why it’s a “brand” but unless it’s just a word of mouth, let me know why you liked it

They have multiple choose of different drinks.Staff is really friendly, you can ask about recommendation if you are nor sure what to take.Vegetarian options: They changing menu with every promo, every 3 month. You can follow label to find product for you. For allergen you can always ask staff or scan qr code on the pastry case.Kid-friendliness: You can get free baby chino. Is milk with foam in warm temperature.

I ordered and paid extras towards my drink. The barista with the braces started challenging me infront of other customers that the sauce on top of the cream is enough although I paid for extra. This just demonstrates poor customers services and better training should be provided when speaking or explaining to customers.

Wifi hasn’t worried for about 3 weeks now. Always tell me my app doesn’t work almost every day even when I come in about twice a week since it’s the most local and use my app to pay. Told someone about the wifi and they said they’d get on it but still down. Some staff there are quite nice but others give you such a hard time. Very hot and cold there.
Tooting Broadway is my fave brunch. It's a busy area and has ample sitting area. I just wished they had a toilet facility.Vegetarian options: There are few selections.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of young families with prams tooParking: You can park in Sainsbury's or find around nearby streetsWheelchair accessibility: Has big step to the store but they have a calling system for assistance. No disable toilets availableDietary restrictions: They offer non dairy products

I have been a customer in tooting starbucks since it opened, I go every morning with my daughter. I approached a member if staff this morning as there is always a dog in the cafe, I am allergic to dogs and i am Muslim so dogs are haram, I asked if maybe the dog cos not do up to the service or collection point as I am allergic and it is generally quite gross to have dog around food. I as told by an employee of I'm guessing Australian or New Zealand decent that starbucks are dog friendly place and that is should go somewhere else. she was so rude and abrupt refused to acknowledgement me after that turned her back and when I asked for her name she ignored me.Now havjng dogs in a food establishment is gross but I respect policy I was simply asking that the dogs didn't walk around and upto the collection counter it was a very fluffy dog and aside from my allergie it is unhygenic.to be told to leave and not come back over a dog is disgusting i am friendly and loyal, there was no discussion, im guessing starbucks prefer dogs over loyal paying customers. i wont be going back to any starbucks and i shall be putting this on my social media platfroms, awful woman should be sacked. the other staff are lovely. shame on you starbucks dogs over paying customers indeed

Barista took my order, didnt take my name or give me a till slip, served 2 people after me and served them there coffee but left me to be served by the other barista who was so busy talking to her friend she never said one word to me and took 10 minutes to make one coffee and the milk was sour, very bad service, will not visit again
