Came in and I had points on my subway rewards app- the guy there just refused to agree to give me my free side which was clearly stated on the app. Also, it was my birthday on the day and I had a free birthday cookie- the guy said this subway does not do this offer- absolutely ridiculous.

This was just disgusting on a whole different level. I just walked in to order a meatball sub and there were two girls at the counter one of them was eating, actually chewing and talking while the other was preparing my food. Absolutely last time I ever walk into that place.

This branch is the most bizarre subway experience I've ever had.The regular stuff isn't on the board because they're obsessed with pushing these presets which needlessly restrict what you can put in the sandwiches.The breakfast menu wasn't on display anywhere and the man behind the counter didn't know how much any of it costs, so pulled a number out of the air which turned out to be wrong when we got to the till.It's a shame because I would be a regular there if they were a normally run subway

The service you get from this subway depends on whose working there. One day, you ask for an Italian BMT, and you get an Italian BMT exactly how it says in the recipe. No questions asked. That's what you expect right.Another time, you ask for an Italian BMT, and the staff say what sauce or salad would you like. Yet, I did not ask for a "Create your own". Subway need to ensure all staff are trained properly to deliver a consistently great service.

This branch of SUBWAY sells its customers short on the tuna mayo filling! Customers are supposed to get 2 full ice cream scoops of the tuna filling but at this branch you'll get 2 quarter size scoops; which collectively means you don't even get 1 scoop. Its the same quantity in its salad and wraps, don't be short changed! As a franchise those are the 'rules' when making a 6" subs !! Come on SUBWAY, give us what we pay for! Needs mystery shoppers to visits!

Three guys made my sub amazing. I have order plant patty 6 inch sub and they toast it in oven with vegan patty option. Impressive. Highly recommended sub branch by me. Three guys works fluently. Overall 10 on 10
