Lovely service from Natalie and Sev today. I got my frappe coffee fix along with a recommended babychino. The kids absolutely loved it and asked to give 5 star ratings to these lovely ladies.Kid-friendliness: Private space at the back for family. Staff lady behind the counter was extremely rude. There was no ice left for drinks but she was so awful to our daughter in response. She could have just said, sorry but there's no ice but she snapped at her twice! It upset her and we won't be returning ever. Even though we live locally. Shame.

I go there all the time , its very nice, the owners are friendly and make you feel welcomed.
This Costa coffee is less crowded and people do not spend the whole day there. Not so grabby. I prefer it here and staff seem a lot nicer and approachable.
