My food was cold, the chicken fillet burger was a disaster. The bread buns were so tiny comparing it to the fillet inside it, the buns were soaked in mayo. I ended up throwing it as it was soggy. I ordered some hot wings as a side luckily managed to eat that with their cold chips ?.

Been a customer here for years but unfortunately the quality of the food has dropped significantly and prices online are way too high ordered 2 boneless meal as there is no option for 1 cost £10 just for 2 boneless fillets chips and a drink the chicken tasted old and smells bad the chips some were old some fresh the only good thing was the drink tbh unfortunately will not be ordering from here again as the quality of the food is not appropriate for the amount it costs

Other people complain about it, but they can’t appreciate the delicacy of Dixy Chicken, i live an hour away and i drive down there just to have Dixy Chicken, it is the best chicken shop ever. Wings are better than any KFC, food always fresh.Dixy chicken is the best place for chicken. Staff as always are also good

I don’t like flavour and quality. I ordered mild one, but it was so spicy. I ordered wrap and peri peri with chips. Both were so spicy and chips were also cheap quality.I don’t recommend.

Ordered just chicken popcorn, they gave me chicken popcorn and chips. They filled the whole box up with chips barely any chicken popcorn I feel scammed. Definitely won’t be returning and I would not recommend you go here.

Dirty sit in space, coupled by rude and unhelpful staff. If you wouldn't like your food cooked with pvc or foam I'd suggest go elsewhere
