Bought a croissant that was still fully dough from this greggs. Due to morning rush, I went to the one right next to the station and the staff provided another.

Lovely salad and Innocent drink. In do like Greggs however this particular store didn’t feel very friendly. The young lady who served me didn’t look at me and chatting to a colleague whilst I was trying to get confirmation that my card payment has gone through.I find most other Greggs toe really friendly, so this store was an exception.

11:45 morningHi, one steak bake.Sorry no have.Every singular day for 3 day in diferent greegs no have steak bake ready.I think these people need better training.Now have one Greeg in each corner but service is to poor.Before I remember not always find a greegs but they always have everything ready to sell. Very sad and unhappy whit these thinks when is not the omlet is the bread when not is the oven.
I sometimes go to Greggs bc they have wonderful vegan pasties. I used to have the vegetarian options before I had lactose intolerance. Greggs is always great.

This review isn’t just for this one, it’s for the previous two Greggs I’ve been to - Liverpool Street and chingford I believe, where I experienced disappointing service/beverage.This isn’t pertaining to their food but their hot drinks and alternative milk choices.This photo pertains to this branch. If this drink wasn’t free due to a reward from my insurance provider, I would have asked for a refund - likewise when I visited the Liverpool Street branch.This was supposed to be a vanilla latte with soy milk. The confusion started when I asked for soya milk, which happened when I visited a previous branch too. When the assistant finally let me know that they have it - what was produced was worse than what I can do at home - and my home coffee is bad.It was watery, tasteless and nothing like a latte. If this was a one off, I wouldn’t be so critical, but this was the same at their Liverpool Street store.As I said, this is purely for their latte’s. I regularly get their yum yum’s which are delicious - so this in no way reflects on that side of the business. I just think they really need to up their hot drinks game.
