The staff that work here are extremely rude, to be honest I don't know how they still work here, I went to get myself a hot latte and there was no medium cup size so I took what was available and took the large cup but I didn't order a large latte I ordered a medium latte, so I went the cashier and told him about the situation, he then accused me off lying and trying to steal more, I got upset and told him to look in my cup and see that its a medium and not large or to look at the cameras no matter what I said he was just completely rude customer service was out the window. Horrible place because of the staff working there

Very unprofessional and rude staff, who refused to give me their insurance company details, as I needed to claim some of the estimated £400 costs to fix a dent in my car door caused by a sharp and invisible barrier in the station. (Sadly, happened on Christmas Eve).Clearly, several cars damaged their doors on this barrier, as you can see in the pictures below. The staff were unhappy when I tried to get their insurance company details, and I had to calm them down not to take my request personally; so unprofessional and juvenile behaviour on their behalf.

I was just refused service at 1.30pm, I went to buy a cappuccinos, I've been a regularly customer for over 15yrs and this past 3months or so, almost every-other day I was buying coffees for myself and family and friends,and the person refused me service, and he said no because his busy working, come 2morro! I said to him others have serviced me before regardless what time it was, I was serviced at 3pm few times, he still said no... It took me time getting there i was busy... am so hurt, Usually am oky am like naa it's cool oky, but he was just so rude and no, waving at me to get lost....just wow.. around 1.20-1.30pm I was there today trying to make a purchase but no... and the other team that serviced me brilliant no joke... apart from this guy (male) didn't see his name, when I was telling him what I wanted and he was saying no, he walked away into back room, ignoring me...

Great friendly service from the guys that work here especially Kumar as he regularly has my usual items ready for me without me asking :) The shop and forecourt are kept clean and tidy and are stocked up with disposable gloves and paper towels. Thanks guys!

When attempting to use the Shell + go app to pay for my fuel, I could not locate the branch on the app so went into the shop to enquire from the attendant. He proceeded to accuse me of not wanting to pay and saying people always drive off without paying. I was disappointed at the audacity of him to make this accusation as it was clear I was trying to find the way to pay via the app. I explained that I had child in the car so wanted to prevent from leaving her in there, hence why using the app from my car would have been preferable. He started raising his voice and showed extremely poor customer service skills. Kumar has let down this Shell branch (which I have used often in the past).

I was there just for a tyre pressure check.The air machine wasn't working and I put 3 pounds in there to keep trying..the cashier said that is something wrong with my tire..all of them brand new,fitted 2 hours before..shame on him

My local petrol station, I’m always in and out. I’ve given feedback to the staff, for gloves and tissues to be available at all times. I think since covid they have improved. The shop is very cramped inside, I think they should introduce pay at the pump service- And air/water should be free.
