Came here as part of battle field tour itinerary as older wife has family links to the combat. Very quick service and friendly staff. Coffee hot and wet. Costa taste was ubiquitous. Waterloo loo now in a portakabin arrange arrangement as permanent loos get fixed . Who steals loo seats .?

Don't order via Uber Eats.4 of 5 items wrong. Nightmare to sort. Was refunded but ruined breakfast treat.Not clear if allergens noted with wrong items (Both coffees wrong. 1 was meant to be non dairy - not clear which as they sent wrong coffees. But they didn't send anything resembling the plain coffee ordered!)Asked for Toffee Cake - got Toffee Coffee!No pastry as ordered. Only 1 item partially correct.At a minimum they should COUNT the items sent.Breakfast treat ruined!

The prices are super high, the staff is terrible, they talked to me very rudely and they ended up charging me more on my bill that I had to pay, without a doubt, I would not return.
Coffee and sandwich were good and not busy which was fine by us. The toilet cubicle was disgusting tho.

it is just on the high street. Interestingly I tried to find a proper coffee shop on the street and eventually happy to see Costa Coffee. It was rather crowded. The cashier was very kind and she helped us decide on what to get. there were tables outside as well so we let the kids sit outside and talked with my friend inside as it was very noisy outside due to heavy traffic.

I don’t really use this costa often even though it’s the closest one to my house, and today made sense to me why I’d prefer to go out the area. The coffees I got for myself and my wife were weak as anything, they practically tasted like warm milk, my bacon roll tasted stale along with an almond crossaint I also purchased. I was already on the road so was unable to return to ask for another one. The upsetting thing is not only wasting money in this day and age, but the previous day we had breakfast again in another branch (next retail A10) and honestly we were so content with the quality of coffee, food, service and atmosphere, it was brilliant. And to have such high expectations and be let down by my local branch it’s frustrating. They need to take a leaf of out the (A10 next retail store Costa) .

I'm very disappointed of this placeThe service and communication was very bad and also no one was able to open the door of the toilet.. the lady there was non respectful and ignoring my friend ,when she ask for it ...the table was dirty ..I'm not going there again .
