There are some nice sofas for groups, as well as smaller, tall tables that work perfectly if you are just two, or on your own. When I arrived at the restaurant at 09.15 for coffee and pain au chocolat, there was a slow moving queue. Fortunately, a server who was preparing a delivery order, just became available for me when it was my turn. Comfortable time with good atmosphere.⁹

Coffee never fails to meet their usual high standards. Staff are always efficient and friendly and it's usually busy, so bonus points if you manage to snag one of the voluminous comfy chairs in the front window. It's a great spot to sit and people watch while sipping your coffee (and perhaps nibbling on one of their excellent moist chocolate muffins)
