Ordered food through Just Eat only for the crooked thief of a delivery rider to steal my food and claim to have delivered it at 5:29pm when I waited until 5:43pm and still no food arrived. The restaurant claims they can do nothing about it so I have to now chase Just Eat for a refund. This was for my son's 7th birthday today!!! BLOODY CROOKS.

I enjoyed ordering the 2 Hot Spicy Wings for 99p for a Limited Offer which is valid until Sunday 12th November 2023, but again my visits to fast food restaurants will be on a reduced capacity.

First time in KFC and had an unpleasant service. They had run out of wings, understandable as they have tasty wings, but every.other item on their menu was sold out. My daughter and I were told it'll take 5 mins for a new batch of hot wings and they couldn't take our order until the wings were ready. To my dismay, they took orders over the phone constantly, the 5 mins wait was longer, and they took orders from others who came after us. I had to leave, go home and place an order via Uber which arrived in 12mins. The service at their location was abysmal; I suggest ordering via Uber if you want to enjoy those tasty hot wings.

Ordered delivery and missing twister wrap the main part of the order! Does no one check what's on the order ticket! It's right Infront of you and stuck to the side of the bag! Poor service lunch ruined. More basic checks required when sending food.

I've had a 3 peice meal several times and I've been given old crunchy chicken,the Pepsi max cherry was watery .along with no salt clean up tissue and napkins Not happy.. On a better note the burgers (tower fillet burger) was really nice.. Maybe I came in at the wrong time of day as one time I was given(along with my 3 piece, 7 clean up tissues 8 salts and 5 napkins really weird..no consistency, just had another 3 peice and it was very nice, the Pepsi max cherry was still watery, as for the chicken, fries, as said it probably depends on the time when you order...At last the latest 3 piece meal with Pepsi max cherry was absolutely delicious, keep it up xThe wrap of the day is really puzzling to me as in rosehill KFC toast the wrap and serve fresh soft and tasty chicken and wraps yet Wallington don't toast the wrap and always serve me hard chewy older chicken.....not acceptable

Their manager is a short Indian woman who is very rude.The way she treats the customer is really unprofessional. Out of all these shops, we chose KFC to spend our money there, but what a bad choice Look like not want to Sales?it was. It ruined our day. That manager did not deserve to work there .

Looks and smells unclean in my opinion. From staff with dirty nails, to messy floors, burnt food and dismissive staff who make you feel like an inconvenience. I have given up on this branch.

Went there to get a mini chicken fillet burger at 8:30 today shop was empty and I asked for no salad in the burger literally 10 seconds later I get the burger and walk out the shop I then realised they have put salad in it at this point I have opened up the burger and touched it I return to KFC instantly and let them know that they've got my order wrong and that I wanted it made fresh I watch them put my burger back into the hot counter and I waited until they gave me my new Burger to tell them that I wanted to see the burger that I returned thrown in the bin before I leave they was going to resell it
One or two staff its ok easy handy location for us to have a quick bite.

I left my house to get just a drink from kfc and the guy locked the door on me before they were scheduled to close, I said can I just get a drink and he blanked me and locked the door. Close when you are meant to not early!!!!

I have only eaten KFC twice in my life, the first time in 1978, which put me off eating them, and then more recently when I thought I'd give them a second chance.The chips were the driest I have ever tasted with no filling at all. The chicken itself had more grease than a Teddy Boys convention. I've tried other fried chicken places, Chicken Cottage, Favour Chicken etc, and they are miles better.I can safely say I will never eat another KFC.
