Dreadful meal. I’ve eaten here in the past and there was some pride in what was served but not tonight. I had the chicken yogurt shish - chicken on top of cold soggy bread and dollop of cold yogurt on top - the food was hardly warm. - all served in one oval dish on a plate No rice , no salad just chicken on mush ?? £17+ for that!! Thank goodness for the bread kindly offered when we arrived - that was beautiful but not enough for me to want to go again.

What a fabulous night we had at Korykos. I wore a lovely pair of cream jumbo cords from Next and I paired those with a crisp white shirt by George at Asda. I was there with my family (pictures uploaded) to celebrate my engagement to the love of my life Roger. On entering the restaurant the waiter removed my jumbo cords and socks and proceeded to wash my legs and feet, it was glorious. I have never received that type of service anywhere. We were then carried to our table where drinks and nibbles we waiting. The food arrived swiftly and piping hot, i ordered meat. On finishing the meal I put my jumbo cords and socks back on snogged all the waiters and done a runner. 10 out of 10, great night.

A very pleasant, clean, modern, venue with friendly, welcoming, staff. Initial service could have been a bit quicker, especially as wasn't that busy, but the rest of service was very good. The food and atmosphere were excellent, and a very enjoyable meal was had. Advise booking in the evening as will get busy, but perfect for a stop-off anytime. Parking available on side roads nearby.

¡Hi everybody! That was my first time I was in Korykos restaurant with my biggest son and we were surprised?The portions was big and very very delicious. What a horrible birthday experience ? We called this restaurant beforehand to ask if their restaurant is wheelchair accessible - they said yes . Unfortunately, when we turned up we found out the hard way . This restaurant is absolutely not wheelchair friendly, even their service was atrocious & unfriendly they didn’t even try to accommodate our wheelchair or disability needs. Additionally, the food was overcooked , tasteless and wasn’t freshly prepared. Overall We had the worst birthday lunch and definitely wouldn’t consider going back to that restaurant again.

I ordered a chicken shish , rice , bread and chips for £29. The chicken and rice was so small. I called and explain and the guy said the chef said that’s the size. . Far too expensive for what it is. Won’t be ordering from them again for that price

I ordered from this restaurant on Uber eats.The food is not valuable for the price and they were all very salty.The portions were extremely small. Usually there are 2 skewers of kebab but it was only small skewer in every portion with a little bit bulgur underneath.The kalamar was very soggy and not fresh at all. The salad was horribly dried up. The packaging of the food was really bad and half of it was not edible.Food quality was very bad too.Uber returned my money but, the time and the fact that I embarrassed in front of my guest was a next level surprise.

£52 for a two person mixed grill that’s smaller than a one person mixed grill from sofra. Tried to complain before publicising, but they wasn’t interested. Don’t waste your time.imagine paying £52 and getting this! What a joke

Food is so fr sh and delicious and people are so friendly… but it’s a shame Uber adds minimum £1.50 per item plus service fee plus delivery and it puts the price up too much and makes it expensive. That might put some people off!!!

Out for the evening with my boy so after a couple of pints in the pub we came over the road to Korykos and were warmly welcomed and shown to table - we both went for the mixed grill which was served after the lovely bready vinegar dip and very nice meats they were too - in particular the lamb shish was excellent - service was very attentive and polite - we will be back soon I think

A very popular local dinner spot.We went for an early dinner on a Friday night and watched the place fill up.The service was excellent and all our dishes were served really promptly, even as it started to get busier. I loved the falafel starter and the flatbreads for the table. The kalamari was also a winner.My main however was a little disappointing - I ordered a spicy prawn dish that came with chips but the components didn't really seem to go together and there was no heat to the dish. The chicken shish was delicious though so live and learn!

If not the best its definitely one of the best Turkish food experiences I've had, the service is great, the food was the star of the show. We ordered a platter to share, the team were busy and forgot to bring chilli sauce and other condiments. That was not even an issue, I've never eaten meat that tasted so good without the extra condiments, there was no fighting with chewy overcooked lamb chops. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Definitely will be returning.
