Paid extra for a flavoured drink and they forgot to put the flavour in. Already on the bus so can't get a refund or then to fix it. Your drinks aren't cheap, you can at least get it right. Really disappointed that I wasted my money visiting this location.Costa near where I used to live was decent, so I know what the drink should taste like.

I visit costa Walthamstow Selborne mall branch almost every day for my coffee. I must admit and appreciate the staff you have in this branch is amazing, helpful & caring. There is a staff member named Mehnour/Marry I must say she is the best staff you ppl have along with other as well but she is the one who understand the customer requirements and cater them accordingly.Thabk you so much costa Walthamstow Selborne mall branch and especially thank you Mehnour/Marry.Keep it up.

I've come to this Costa quite a lot before and it's always been nice, but I had an amazing experience with one of the Costa staff. She offered me to try a drink I've never drunk to taste it, and was super helpful and friendly. She made my day, and I'll definitely be coming back again. :)

I can’t believe what I witnessed this morning while having my coffee .This girl ( MARRY ) verbally abusing the staff on the shift (11:30 am on the 11th September 2022 ) . She was shouting at them front of customers , we felt sooo sorry and uncomfortable cause they where slow or unqualified , but that’s not they fault , they look young so give them a chance , train them properly , support them. But they seems nice ( the young staff white boy and Asian girl ) and doing the work …No one should work at this circumstances !!!Stop been a bully MARRY , seek proper training on how to talk to your staff they are not slaves !!I’m so furious ?Costa fix it !!! NOW !!!

Almost once a week, me and my wife buy ourselves a drink from Costa. And never in our life have we been told off in a very unfriendly way with a high tone from your staff that we are not allowed to enjoy our Pretzel that we bought outside of Costa, although we wanted to buy our favourite drinks from Costa. It happened today at 12.30pm and truly embarrassed and not happy with this.There were no issues when we dined in other Costa outlet, and because of your staff attitude, we cancelled to purchase our drinks in your store, and we were very much welcome to enjoy our Pretzel in PRET instead. None of their staff told us off and they don't mind we enjoy others outlet Pretzel as long as you purchase their drink!
I asked for a small frappe the price of 3.90 pounds.it's really embarrassing the price for the poor quality of this product it's like drinking ice

Not the nicest Costa I have been to! Loads of health and safety hazards loading trolley left by seats anyone can trip and fall over, place is full of dirty cups and it’s only 10.20am it’s also so cold, if you are going to put a Costa coffee in a location like this please consider heating? I’m sure gusts don’t want to sit there shivering, please sort this out

Walked from st James street to get my favourite coffee as I missed the closing time for that branch to reach this one and the door said the closing time is 6pm instead of 7pm. Being 8 months pregnant is was a real inconvenience. Staff here are lovely tho, just to even out the review.
