So many fake 5 star reviews on here what I don't understand they say they are under new management yet the same complaints again& again over the years staff come and go the problem lies within the manager who has been there for many years not the staff and refusing to throw away food that is not fresh and reusing old oil

Food hygiene is very poor handling money and touching your food and drying their hand on dirty towel , the pizza has no taste.

I think it the tastiest of all the chicken shops on wood Street
Ordered multiple boxes of pizza and they were all substandard. Frankly, couldn't get paid to eat them. The person who made skipped putting on sauce and gave me cheese bread. I was a bit surprised but maybe it’s a cultural thing.Also called back to let them know but they didn’t fare well to constructive criticism.Kind regards AM

I really had bad experience in dixy I visited the shop recently.there was an old man at the front of me who was asking the young guy behind the counter with beard to give him few chicken pieces the old man requested him to give him fresh fried chicken from the back as he said he’s been coming in this shop for past 15 year.but the guy still try to deceive him, after insisting him couple of times then he gave him chicken from the back .when it comes to my turn I said to him to give me fresh fried chicken wings he did the same thing to me he gave me all the old chicken wings which were all dry and seems more then 2 hours old .i had to go back and requested him to give me the freshly fried Chicken from the back I said to him I told you before to give me fresh one from the back he made angry face and gave me few more fresh one and left the old one in my box .very disappointed and will never go back to his shop again a brother in beard is so dishonest and try to sell bad food to customers lost my trust from dixy chicken .so so so sad for the sake of few coins some people sell there imaan
