Slow and staff don't understand you..\\nupdate today made a order and was slop and cold...£5 for a box of wet food and one slice of cheese....small bottle of drink cost and thought for the pricve it be a big bottle £2.19 !!!!!

I went there to grab a quick bite , the guy was extremely rude and unprofessional , didn't take my order kept on preparing his take away orders.Totally ignoring me.\\nLitterally explain myself 5 times, what I wanted at the end he just prepared a sandwich not the whole meal , was acting very dismissive ...\\nWhen I complained about it, he didn't even apologise like nothing has happened , instead he was laughing...\\nI was so angry , but there was nobody to rise my complain to.\\nExtremely poor service !!!

Gone down hill since getting rid of spicy cheese, grated carrots and raspberry/white chocolate cookies. What a shame

My sub this morning was missing cheese and tomatoes..... Too expensive for just meatballs on toasted bread.
Tried to call to change a mistake on my order and they didn't pick up the phone at ALL. I tied several times over 15mins and still no answer.
Both times I've been, the staff have been extremely friendly and have packed the sandwiches extremely well
Been in one subway been in them all just good fresh food and value for money
Fast service, but no concern for social distancing.
