NEVER EAT HERE. Worst service ever. They lied to us about our order kept us waiting for over an hour and still it didn’t turn up. No apology terrible phone manors just lies.Will never order from here again.

I have used this restaurant for a long time. I ordered a takeout recently & was very disappointed.The Samosas were not of the previous quality or size. In fact, they were half the usual size & were pale yellow & not a golden crispy external coating. They used to be very tasty.I notice that the price remains the same for an item which is clearly bought in frozen & tossed into a deep fat fryer. Awful quality & value!The food was cold too.I fancied a dessert, so I chose a Pistachio Kulfi ice cream at £3.75. What I received was scandalous! It was a 100ml portion. This is the equivalent to perhaps three teaspoons. I telephoned to complain & it was explained to me that this is how it comes in delivery.I suggested that to be fair to the customer that the portion size is mentioned on the menu. When I opened the lid, there appeared to be what was maybe an Air bubble, so the contents were in fact less than 100ml.Please see the attached photos. You can buy one litre of this ice cream in your local supermarket for the same price & when I pointed this out I was told that was what I should do in future.It was a very sad affair & I was promised a free ice cream the next time I ordered.Bengal Spice will need to up its game if it wants to entice me back. A free ice cream is an insult.

We just made an order on Uber eats, the food was absolutely lovely. The order was accurate, our starter from last time we ordered was missing but they resolved this and brought with this order with no complications or hassle. The nicest Indian I’ve had in a long time. I’ll order again for sure. Thank

Nice food. But gave me one bill, once we had paid tried to give me a bill which was £30 extra, even after paying service charge. Food took to long. Won't go back again.

Vile customer service! Food arrived wet, everything had come out in the bag. When I called them to explain, was told not their problem and that it's up to the delivery driver to sort. A family meal totally wasted. The one dish we could save some of, the sag paneer, was bland, tastlness and dull. AVOID!

Ordered online and collected. We have not had indian take away for a long time, but fancied a change. Food was lovely. Had lamb pasanda and lamb sagwala. Both had lots of lamb and nice thick sauce. Prawn puree and onion barjee starters were really good. Very pleased with our choice and will return when we next fancy a

Ordered from here last week and the food was shockingly awful. The breads and onion bhajis were cold. The curry's themselves were not very edible, cold and not very tasty. I complained and they advised they would offer me a free order next time. I called them this evening and they said they would only give me 1 free meal which went against what they said originally and the man on the phone was extremely rude. I am not prepared to spend any more money with them just got 1 free meal! Shockingly awful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Poor food in taste and consistencyOrdered a delivery, received on time that was good, but omg the food was not, a plain lamb meat curry sauce was so watery it tasted disgusting, and the Bombay potato was absolutely horrendous in taste and look, it was like something scrapped from the bottom of a barrel. Not anymore.
