I recently visited Barsa Grill and Bar Cuban Place, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I entered the establishment, I encountered numerous issues that significantly detracted from the overall dining experience.First and foremost, the service was incredibly lacking. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. It took an excessive amount of time to be seated, and once seated, it was even more challenging to get the attention of our server. Requests for basic items such as water refills were met with long delays, and overall, the service was simply subpar.Regrettably, the quality of the food mirrored the disappointing service. The menu boasted authentic Cuban cuisine, but the dishes we ordered fell short of expectations. The flavors were bland, and the presentation was lackluster. It was evident that little care or attention to detail was put into the preparation of the meals.Furthermore, I feel compelled to address the ownership of the establishment. Regardless of the ethnicity or nationality of the owners, every restaurant should be judged based on the merit of its service and cuisine rather than preconceived biases. Making derogatory statements about the ownership does not contribute constructively to the discussion of the dining experience.In conclusion, my visit to Barsa Grill and Bar Cuban Place was marred by terrible service and substandard food quality. I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall dining experience for future patrons.

Went here for Mother’s Day and have now been here twice to this restaurant and the food is amazing! Service is great and the staff are very accommodating, as we had to amend our booking a few times. Very friendly staff and good service!Kid-friendliness: Although there isn’t a kids menu they said they would do any dish for the children as a small portion, very accommodating

Avoid this restaurant. Service was shocking. One waiter for a busy Friday night. Walking around like a headless chicken doing absolutely nothing. Completely ignored us for 30 minutes. Not sure how this restaurant has high reviews. Clearly people don't mind waiting around for food and drinks. Waiter might also be racist. Management take note.
