Wow! The worst chicken wings I've ever, the shop itself needs a deep clean..

Would give zero stars if I could. First time ordering here and will never ever order again! Ordered a burger meal and a chicken meal and 2 drinks to only receive a box fall of chicken ,chips and 2 other drinks ,thinking this was someone else order I rung the shop to notify them, they said they was busy and another driver is on the way with the correct food will be about 1/2 mins then 45 minutes later I ring the shop for a update only to be spoken to rudely and put on to about 3 different people to be told well I received more food then I already ordered so basically I should be happy and stop complaining but I told them this is not the food I ordered and I want what I ordered and apparently someone was on there way with my food and they said ok they will get another driver to deliver a burger to witch I replied so the chicken and the chips that was ment to be someone eals I’m now left with and there freezing cold as whole process has been going on for over a hour now and he said well I still have more food then I payed for ! I just accepted this offer as I was fed up and hungry! Will never be ordering from here again the food is awful and so is the customer service! I had to stop my partner from going up to the shop as he was very angry and I can not blame him !

Chicken is very very salty. On Uber eats you HAVE to add some salt on it and they drench in salt. And somehow the pizzas salty too. Oh dear the whole shop should be called salt with some

Rude customer service.Cancelled my order cause my lift broken but I put in my notice I could come downstairs to collect but still Cancelled now I got to wait 14 working days for my money but they can take it in seconds. Used to love ordering from this place but won't be no more

Would give below one star but no option for that. Ordered and was charged for BBQ wings yet sent normal wings. When I called to get a refund they said they don't do refunds. They said they will send a box of bbq wings out. So I was unable to enjoy my wings with my food as I wanted to do. Also after saying I will have the wings in 30 minutes I had to call back an hour later and was told the driver is just leaving now. Very disappointing as the food was all thrown in the bags too. They charge a lot more now for rubbish service and food quality. No big containers for meals either.

Very basic. I love a chicken shop but it's not the one I'd recommend to other chicken shop lovers. Chicken quality 3/10Breading 4/10 freshness 2/10 they obviously don't throw anything away regardless how long it's spent on the hot plate

Ordered through just eat ...order cancelled after waiting an hour .... called to ask why and guy on the phone was rude .. disrespectful and accused us of not answering our front door to the delivery driver .. even though I have three massive dogs who bark if a car drives past let alone if the door knocks ..... had no time to explain why he was lying and hung up the phone .... Will never use this store again... only gave a 1 star cause I couldn't give a 0 .... please avoid these absolute rude people

Need to make massive improvment on customer services and speed on serving ,as a fast food shop.mentioned for 5min and waitted for almost 15min in store . As a regular customer of chick chicken ...this branch are one of worst one
Love their chicken.. never an issue and get alot... however rather spicy... you may end up on the toilet

This is by far the worst chicken shop I have had in LondonThe chicken even ordering at 2 tasted like it was yesterday's I could compare it too eating a tub of lardWhich you know I would advise againstBread stale on burgers the price reflects the quality

Ordered 25 chicken wings - arrived over cooked. As a experienced chef the wings have reheated in deep fryer. The taste was disgusting- very salty and couldn't taste the chicken. Every bite was crisp -tasted like eating ashes! I won't bother there again!
