Not your average kebab experience! ⭐⭐⭐Insanely Delicious+++ meats/meze, classy ambience, live music ?️?I had a great experience dining at Gulen's (or Gulen Ocakbasi) in Welling, London last Saturday.The food was prepared to perfection. I've been spoiled with delicious food all my life but this was next level!! I had different Mediterranean flavors (#meze) and kebab platter. Both were exceptionally tasty. I saw where they prepare and cook on coal fire. I think this contributes to taste but still the texture, the juiciness, the taste... try it yourself! ???Also there was live music and the singer was great. She was very entertaining with a great voice. ?️Ambience was happy and classy, lighting was perfect, I will certainly take my friends and family there as I already miss the food in just a couple of days!If going on Friday/Saturday dinner time, don't forget to make a reservation. I imagine lunch times should be less tricky.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian menu section looked very appetizing as well. I can't wait to try.

I loved Gulens before they refurbished, now I really don’t know what happened.Shakshouka was old and sour, the koufta was tasteless and more of hotdog than a koufta kebabs, chicken wings were just as bad.I’ll give it a chance one more time in case they had a bad day on that day but if it’s a same I will not be back

Well done.... Got introduced to this kebab shop by some friends on Christmas outing last year :-) Don't judge a book by it's cover! It's actually a Turkish themed restaurant. Ambient, service with a smile and above all else excellent food. Went at weekend with wife, we reckon it knocks out all other Turkish restuarants in area.

Poor service. Food took to long. Even after booking a table had to wait for 30mins for the table and after that messed the food order.
