The service was poor and the toilets disgusting. Clearly havent been cleaned in a long time.

Not impressed to find my order wasn't complete and I've been calling for 2 days to sort it out but no one answers the phone then it cuts me off, a lot of wasted time, answer your phone or in the future get the order right so people don't have to call!

It is a hangout for teenagers who vape in a corner. The staff were friendly but tables was full of rubbish not somewhere you wanted to eat in.

Ridiculous… last night 8/12/23 I ordered a family feast and was short 1 piece of chicken and my 1.5 litre of Pepsi trying to call the shop and no one answered the phone. Today 9/12/23 still calling and still can’t get to talk to someone about the issue.

it was very busy as expected on a friday night, staff were rushed off there feet but still my meal was very fresh and even my chips were fresh!
Got my food right up till nowThere self service machine will not take payment 2 weeks on the trot what's point in them. Now the only way is to use the counter with somebody with a foreign accent I just won't use you untilU fix the machine have been using McDonald instead

Seems to be the the place to hangout if you're a feral kid. 8 of them walked in and went to the back, started vaping, shouting and swearing. They didn't order anything. They were then joined by another low life who rode his full size electric bike into the seating area, he tried getting money off them, swore and rode it out. Next came a group of 4 who walked straight through and towards the toilets, then went straight out the rear fire exit. Manager and staff took no notice. Probably couldn't say anything because they were all of an ethnic minority! Shame how things now are that you have to be around all that. Won't bother again going in there if that's KFC'S acceptable standards. Certainly don't take your kids in there if you've brought them up to be polite and respectful of others.

I visited the KFC welling to order my food, what a shambles this RESTURANT has become allowing unruley school kids to use as a local meeting point vapeing shouting and being unruly I had to get out and leave with my food I could not stand it this is the second time first time school kids,climbing all over the tables shouting screaming. Which I report first time seems nothing has been done about this,very terrible that KFC welling management are allowing this to happen I will be reporting this to there head office this needs to be sorted out and stop allowing this RESTAURANT to be used as a meeting point for kids , you should be allowed to sit and eat your food and not have to put up with unruly school kids I will be reporting this to there head office and also I hope this review is read by KFC manager and act on this restutant because its become a shambles very terrible experience when it should not be !! SORT THIS RESTURANT OUT THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE

Had lunch here at KFC last Sunday with my grandsons (their choice) The chicken breast was barely warm as were the chips that had salt and pepper on. I don't like pepper. Very disappointing

EVERY TIME I ORDER AND HAVE IT DELIVERED I NEVER RECEIVE THE FULL ORDER! EVEN A SIMPLE ORDER '4 FILLET BOX MEALS' AND THIS STORE NEVER GETS IT RIGHT. AND YOUR UBER DRIVER GABRIEL IS BLOODY RUDE AS WELL!!
