Went there for dim sum and starters only as we had other plans after. The dim sum were tasty, tasted fresh and handmade. The husband and wife serving us were very lovely so we decided to add a hot and sour soup as well. This was disappointing, however the lady did offer us a dessert in the end which was a lovely cheesecake.Overall we loved the atmosphere, dim sum and service. But the prices are even higher than China Town in London and portions are tiny. Paying just under £2 per tiny dumpling? Can't go here as a regular as would be way to expensive, would go there again on a special occasion.

Good food and very good service! We enjoyed our order of Beef Brisket and the Roast Medley. Definitely coming back!

WOW! Proper authentic Chinese food, not filled with sugar and MSG. Best Dim Sum, best food I have had outside Hong Kong and Shanghai. So amazing to have food with a wide range of taste and texture - not the same old 30 dishes every restaurant has. I will definitely be back for the food....service is what you expect in a busy restaurant....but this does not detract from insanely good food

If I could rate this restaurant 11/10 I would! My sister and I brought my mum here to celebrate Mother’s Day. We came on the Monday to avoid it being too busy and it was perfect. A lovely quiet atmosphere. It was our first time here and it definitely won’t be our last! The food was superb! We are fussy eaters but we loved every single dish that we had! Our favourites were the satay chicken,( super flavoursome and well cooked) , prawn and chive dim sums ( just wow!), salt and pepper prawns and prawn noodles. From the dessert menu we chose the mango cheesecake and the fried custard buns. We were in heaven! Absolutely delicious! We were offered Jasmine tea too which was a lovely touch! The staff were very welcoming, friendly and super attentive. I wish I got their names as they were lovely and deserve to be recognised for their service. We can’t wait to visit again and recommend it to our friends and family!

We often go here for dim sum, great local location, and it has been good. After today's experience, I don't think I would say that East Pan Asian Restaurant is worth the value anymore. We were the first customers when they opened, and the food was not up to scratch. The fried taro croquettes were overdone, burnt, and rock hard with little filling. The turnip cake was very oily and again with little filling. Previously, it had a lit of pork lap cheung, and now I can not find any.The cuttlefish was a total letdown, literally! It was so flat, not like the usual bigger thick portion like it used to be in ant dim sum restaurant. The century egg, with pork congee was a disappointment. Watery, small portion for £10, avoid and never again.Talking about downsizing the portions, cost cutting, and going down on quality. But the price keeps on going up!!Don't think I will be coming back anytime soonParking: Parking all depends on how busy it gets, as it shares the same car park area with Loon Fung supermarket.

Visited it during Chinese new year's. All the staff was happy and the variety of Asian stuff there is enormous.

The price is reasonable and the taste is good! It’s an acceptable Chinese restaurant in London!

We ordered completely off the dim sum menu rather than the main one but are keen to go back to try that too! This is some of the best dim sum I've had in a long time. The congee especially, was very flavourful and a good consistency.Lovely and fresh and the staff were attentive and friendly. They had our booking via Google no problem, even with modified dates. The restaurant is a nice size, small enough to still be cosy but there was still plenty of seating space. The venue is right above the Alperton Loon Fung Asian supermarket so there's lots of parking and it's very accessible.Parking: Lots of Parking outside as it's above the Alperton Loon Fung Asian Supermarket.

Disappointing - I asked for a table away from the draughty door and we were seated at a table which they then moved us from because they wanted it for a party of 4 instead of three. We were put back at the smaller table. Whilst we were waiting for our 3rd member of our party, three attempts were made to remove our third place setting in the space of 5 mins. We ordered a mixture of 6 dim dum and 4 mains and it was amusing that the serving team looked panicked about how to fit all the dishes on one cramped table they made us sit at. This amusement turned to more annoyance when they started hovering around our table more to try and clear off dishes apparently for our convenience - so it was not a relaxing Sunday family meet up. The mixed meat noodles dish was TOO salty for us all and scallop dumpling was nice but the rest of the dim sum and mixed roasted meats were below standard of Chinatown, Wing Tai, Colindale’s JM and other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. Won’t be going back.

I ordered dessert and paid for it After 20 minutes of waiting, it was getting late and we decided to leave. I asked if I could take it home. Then we heard that they didn't have any of these we ordered and offered us a refund. Poor service.!

Poor service, not welcoming, they appear to make an effort but lack the norms a polished service staff might usually afford you.
