The hotel was ok but very fake , the photos are not the same as it really looks and you have to pay more for warm breakfast, the bed sheets had mould on them and baths has holes. Not ideal. Would not recommend

This hotel is a catfish Unless you really cannot afford the extra price go to a premier inn, at least you know what you are getting. The pictures are not accurate in the slightest, the cladding had fallen off and there were gang meetings in the car park. There was shouting happening all night and all you could smell in the non-smoking room was cigarettes, partly because of the smell in the room but also probably because of the hotel staff smoking right outside of our window. There were hairs and stains in the bath and the room appeared to not have been cleaned, or at least properly. Do not believe them when they say free breakfast in reality for an actual breakfast you have to pay 4.00 pounds. The free breakfast is juice and soggy microwaved croissants. Overall just save yourself the time of turning up and having to leave to book a room in another hotel by just going to something like premier inn, it may not be luxury but at least you know what you are going to get. The beds are extremely uncomfy and as someone with a bad back that was a serious issue As you can see from the images I have attached the hotel is not what is advertised

For the area it's the cheapest but still £100 a night! I stayed here 4 nights over 2 stays in a 4 week period for work. The hotel rooms were actually ok i had rooms on the 7th and 2nd floor and they were both good sized rooms, very dated and scruffy but as a base that's fine. The location of the hotel is very good with a large selection of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The biggest problem with the hotel is its systems if you are a business traveller AVOID!!! I asked the receptionist for a receipt for both my stays the first time i was told it would be emailed to me (it never was!) And the second time the receptionist said she couldn't provide me with one and i would have to contact booking.com which i knew from experience was incorrect. The staff were incredibly unhelpful and i still don't have a receipt for either stay! Added to this on my second stay four men broke into a vehicle in the car park! (My room overlooked the car park) I took some photos and I rang down to reception and they did their best but the thieves made their get away!! I dont say this lightly but i would not recommend ever staying in this hotel and i certainly never will again. I can live with dated rooms, slow lifts and awful showers but unhelpful staff and the risk of vehicle theft is im afraid a step too far.

Firstly the photo they post everywhere is not current, the rooms are old and very dated and there is no hot water. Mattresses are old and in one of our rooms there was no electricity. It's very convenient for Wembley but it's a real mess of a hotel

Positives; Great location, a short walk from all amenities. Good price. Friendly staff Good size room Negatives; Hair in the plug hole Could do with extra pillows as standard- each bed only had one pillow, I know we could've asked for some more, but I'd imagine most people sleep with more than one pillow. No plug for the bath or spoon/stick for tea and coffee- again, we could've gone to reception and ask for those things, but you kind of expect them to be there anyway, and we were on the third floor and it would've been a pain to go back down to get them. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price, we were only staying for one night, and it was convenient, I was impressed by the size of the room I must say

This hotel is fake . The rooms the interior , exterior are not what it's like . The rooms are OK but grubby and smell of old dated wood. TV is not worth the bracket it's on . Awful week . Only good thing it's near the underground .never again . Supposed to be renovated. I guess there still waiting..and for the price it's a complete rip off .

They took £25 off me. Unkind workers who have 0 time for anyone. Only go if you’re looking for somewhere where you don’t have to speak a word to anyone. Pictures defo don’t add up. Carpets are dirty, bed n shower looked fairly clean from the naked eye.

Excellent service and a good place for family. We were very excited. The rooms were very spacious and neat. I think I will be bringing the family very often. The price too was very reasonable. I will recommend it to family and friends.

Positives: location Negatives: the room was filthy. Sheets had marks on them. Hotel was very out dated. One towel left in the room between two people. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Pillows were flat as paper. Broken appliances jn the room. Shower curtain look liked it needed to go in the bin. Was not a nice stay.

Great choice of a hotel. Great Location, easy access to literally everything. We had a few things to do and see in the immediate area, but also went into London on two of the days. Superfast links and really cheap travel into central London by Metropolitan line. I always look for good value for money and this hotel has it all. It’s not the Ritz, but the staff is super friendly and down to earth. They help you whenever possible and common sense is applied at all times. Rooms are suprisingly big and of course, clean, which is the main thing.

We never actually got to stay!! When booking, it asked for the age of the child and let us book. However, a couple of days later, we were told that children weren't allowed and our booking would be cancelled & refunded - this left us with nowhere to stay

This is a basic hotel but has everything you need plus parking, therefor I’ve given it 5* as represents such good value. You pay extra for a buffet style breakfast if you want one either at booking or at the time. The staff were all great. Yes, the decor is a bit dated but who cares, it’s a perfect stop over venue after a night at a Wembley show.

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Very reasonably priced and free parking! Just what we needed for an overnight stop before a theatre trip. Bit old fashioned but we would definitely stay here again.
