I love Frankie & Bennys. We visited this venue at the weekend. Staff are lovely. Loved the manager who sang to the music whilst working. And would like to shout out to Barkl (not sure of the spelling) but he was very nice and helpful. ???. Nice food

Ok so the staff here are great - very nice and polite. Unfortunately that's the only thing good here - the food is distinctly average and not very tasty. Real shame as the staff deserve better.

We had the Buffalo wings to start, probably the highlight of the meal. The steak was overcooked and the burger patty was really dry, accompanying sides are quite small. Generally quite underwhelming. Quality and portion size definitely not worth the price.

The food was great and so was the drinks. The server we had (Nikola) was amazing and she and all the other servers in the restaurant were friendly to every customer I saw them encounter. The atmosphere itself was really nice with music at a good level so that we could still talk in the restaurant. Overall I had a really good time and recommend going there.

5 star customer service provided by Steve. We pre booked but were early and we were very kindly accommodated. It was my grandson’s 6th birthday and the staff were great at setting up the cake that we had purchased and sang happy birthday and then we ate that for dessert and plates etc were provided. We even needed the final bill split between 5 families and Steve was happy to help. Food was nice as expected .

The staff were very attentive especially Nikola who we were served by for the majority of our visit.We were waited on as soon as we were seated and were told that we cold order in any way we preferred. I tried the calamari it was a bit salty but was good portion, tender and not greasy.However there was too much dressing on the side salad which didn’t really taste the best. The sweet potato fries were lightly battered and tasted okay as they weren’t that sweet.I would not recommend the dirty dog as it was a mess of flavours barbecue, cheese, beef and pulled pork do not go together in my opinion.I had a warm and moist brownie that wasn’t gooey and was more on the dark chocolate side which I enjoyed with vanilla ice cream. I would have preferred the brownie without the whipped cream and the chocolate sauce if I had known that I would not like it. Hopefully next time I will remember.

You can't sit where you want (even though the place was quiet) and our server said it was too much trouble to make a coffee (even though it is on the menu).The food was AWFUL and as our server took our plates away she commented that we "didn't eat much"!Fab decor, nice bathrooms, good music.

What an unexpectedly wonderful evening. Michael was simply brilliant from start to finish. After us making a mistake with our table booking, nothing was too much trouble. Happy to recommend dishes and drinks, our food came out very quickly, was well presented and tasted delicious. We were here due to coming to see a band at Wembley Arena. Steve, the brilliant Manager read the room perfectly and put the bands song on in the restaurant - absolutely brilliant. We all decided to stay for pudding and more drinks because the atmosphere was so good.All staff were very helpful and checked on us regularly without being imposing.Restaurant was clean and well maintainedThank you, we will be back

The food was good and the service was friendly. I just disappointed with the miscommunication. I got a burger and they asked me which kind of fries and if I would like salad or corn with my order. The way they served it looked like it was part of the side for my burger, they didn't made clear it was extra, and at the end they charged it in my bill. They trick me to get an extra sale but they lost a customer. Unfortunately, some companies prefer to make money tricking customers in one sale than try to build customers loyalty.
