Very bad experience!!! I bought a surprise bag from to good to go. They gave me sandwiches that we don’t eat!! (Tuna, egg sandwiches) I’ve asked them kindly if they can exchange as I paid for it and we are not gonna eat that . They rudely said NO!! So again I explained no one in my house eats that so what’s the point paying for something that has no use, again with laughter rudely said NO!! So I gave back everything to them!! Very disappointed

Greggs is my favourite, so all I can say is that there is nothing bad about what I have been given. My pizza was nice and hot and the staff are very nice. You'll be expecting another visit from me.

Opening time is 0630, it's 0640, doors are locked and they're just waving at me to go away like I'm some crazy person. Now I have to go to work with an empty stomach, thanks!

Mostly drink hot chocolate as usual same test and nice.
Been there twice over last few weeks. Both times served cold pastys, as the display heating is not kept on to keep food warm

Till today everything was almost perfect 5 Stars , but that day should come ... today only one star or maybe even less - after work I went to get some of my rewards - two sausage rolls, woman was so rude , she told me that I can take just one. It's 6:40 pm, closing time soon ... it's look like they prefer put food in the bin. I really don't get it. btw I never got any problems with exchange vouchers for food , one more almost forgot ... her coleagie was so surprised when she heard what she told me.

Went today to get some items, when I asked for 2 of the same thing the woman looked at me as said are you sure you want 2, and was very judgemental. The food is cold as well, and a customer asked for fresh items and they refused to do it for them. The staff are not friendly and welcoming at all, they just ask if you want a bag and then slap it down and make you do it yourself, don't even say thank you and goodbye at all. I understand you want to earn a living but how you can lack basic manners?

The older woman there is very rude to customers, if your knackered lady have a day off and come back fresh faced and serve us with a smile ok, because we are paying customers and are not taking the bakes or sandwiches for free..Thanks.
