The Middle age Pale Man on the counter with beard and glasses is so shameless and has a very rude behaviour towards the customers, every time he lies to customer and has zero skills we know he do this on purpose. That Man is absolute disgrace for the place. Hope soon council takes action against him.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Went today to buy chicken donor with chips. Middle aged man with beard and glasses took my order and cooked the chips that was already cooked earlier before. The chicken itself was so bad and it was hard. Seems like it was cooked weeks ago. No customer service nobody smiles. If you don’t wanna have food poisoning don’t go there.

I ordered chicken wrap and chicken was not hot and not fresh, chicken was hard vegetables in salad not fresh, staff not smiling no good customer service, and other when I was asking for order the person is on phone and he laughs and not replying me properly, definitely not going again

I used to go there regularly but a couple of times i had bad experience with this place. Couple of times the guy on the counter said pay in cash because card machine is not working, but i saw him taking card payments from other right in-front of me , he lied. The next day i went again and he said again the same thing card machine is not working, which he lied because i could see myself card machine was fine. He was very rude , i ignored him a few times but enough is enough. I told him why are you lying , I could see on his face he’s lying 100%. They are dodgy people thats why wasnt taking card payments. I hate this place and will never go there. Place is dirty too , they dont even clean the floor and tables. Disgusting place and the guy on the counter with glasses is very rude.

Mate if the pale guy with the glasses is taking your order, you might aswell leave the shop. This man gives you as little portion as possible, and if he gives a normal portion, he literally removes some so its as snall as possible.

The card machine in this place is not always reliable. Therefore advisable if you carry cash but there is a Tesco across the road literally where a cash machine is available.
