This branch is absolutely disgusting they don’t use gloves or any hygiene protection for hands or hair. Never coming back.

I ordered my food and the number just disappeared so I went to the counter and the staff couldn’t really do anything as the Wi-Fi was bad there, therefore I ordered my food again since it was way to busy to try get the order I had placed before.

Discussed by manager and staff, customer collapses in cue 2 pm tonight ( girl) I put her in recovery position and checked pulse and kept air flow open throughout her mouth while staff of McShite screaming ( your food is ready) even that my order was 29.89£

Not impressed with this McDonald's restaurant as we were encouraged to do our order on the order boards and not at the counter as there were long queues I managed to order our food but no receipt printed out and I hadn't noticed our order number. I told them at the counter that I didn't have a receipt so didn't know the order number and we were just left there waiting and waiting and waiting eventually I had to ask again about my order and then relay to them what I had ordered after another 10 minutes a guy came with my order but some items were missing. They eventually got my order together but everything was cold. I won't go back to that restaurant.

Wow ,how do these people function?I placed a small order and waited, as I was waiting a cleaner sprayed chemicals onto my mouth, she didn't apologise rudely knocked my phone on the floorBy now I was waiting 20 minutes for a very small order, I asked One of the cashier's, and she Said they gave my food to someone else by mistake,I asked for a refund , they said no because nanager wasn't there,this was a lie, there Is ALWAYS a supervisor/ team leaderSo I waited another 15 minutes,when I received my order it was wrong,I had enough and threw the food in the binI could understand if it was busy,but this happened on a quiet SundayMcDonald's have increased their prices while their service has gone downI can't remember the last time I received warm fries

I always have double cheese burger with Big Mac Sauce and still can buy it anywhere else but this store refuse to do so! I don’t understand how is that possible when I can actually fromAnywhere else. I think you need to improve on your customer service, I have been going to McDonald’s and still do

These idiots are calling their customers ‘guests’ pretending to care for us, when in reality to them we’re just a number, and they were ordered to bark out that word by their American bosses. What can I say about these retards? Avoid if possible, the service is terrible, had to wait for my meal for 20 minutes, finally it was delivered by a brain dead employee who couldn’t put two words together in English, must be working there cash in hand, and dumped in front of me without any apology! What’s more they got my order wrong, another couple of minutes waiting!

Ordered a large Oreo McFlurry, large Coke Zero and a medium Coke Zero. When they finished preparing my order, it was all as expected.The receipt printer on the self service machine I used didn't work. But that wasn't a big deal, just remembered the number.Some rubbish left behind by people who had eaten in that wasn't cleaned up. But I suspect it wasn't there long.
