I’ve ordered on line for collection. My order was ready on time. The staff greeted me well with a smile as I entered and were quick to get my food packed together. I’ve also used this nandos for eat in with family and they were pretty good and quick with a friendly smile. I recommend this branch highly.Kid-friendliness: Yeah - one of my kids were in the pushchair. They’ve asked us to seat our child on a a kid’s seat and leave the pushchair at the end of the restaurant which has wider space. All good.

I had a disappointing experience at Nando's Wembley today. Despite ordering a 1/4 chicken with 2 sides and specifically requesting a breast piece, my order was served with a leg piece. The staff's response was unfriendly, and when I inquired, I was told they were running out of breast pieces. The manager, Helen, initially claimed they had none but later offered to make a new one in 10 minutes. The leg piece I settled for was undercooked and tough. The overall service, taste, and quality were all subpar. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this Nando's branch due to the poor experience with both the food and the staff. 1 star for service, taste, and quality.
