The hotel was clean and very nicely located; it was what drew me to booking here, initially. However, what really, truly made the entire experience amazing were two team members, Kiki and Sara. They were kind, helpful, attentive, thoughtful. Thank you so much for all your help. I will always return to Novotel, when in Wembley. Thank you once again, Kiki and Sara!

Stayed here with my daughter on a trip to see Blur at Wembley. Check-in was fast and friendly and our room was immaculate. Proximity to the stadium was amazing, but the room was still really quiet. Shout out to the guys working behind the bar in the evening, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the 12am check out was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

We were going to London for a break, and Wembley have lots of hotels catering for the big events at the Stadium and the old Empire pool ( where I used to go ice skating when I was a youngster ). So when there are no events on there is lots of room availability . Sadly we booked a bit late to get a really good rate, but it still did the job, and very well. Its just a couple of Tube stops from central London - about 15 minutes, including waiting, for the next Metropolitan line to Baker Street. The hotel was fine, good room cooling system in the hot weather. Though strangely the hotel public areas itself were quite hot. Can't comment on the food as went to the nearby Mcdonalds for breakfast. It may not be to every ones taste, but staying on Olympic Way, leading to Wembley Stadium just felt really cool.

came for the blur concert. staff are friendly and its in a food area for stadium concerts. however the room does leave you feeling like ‘omg.. i’m paying £200+ a night for this…?’. really good other than the price, and the bathroom door is a bit strange… personally i don’t want my boyfriend hearing me do the toilet lol

Ruined birthday visit to london. On arrival to park we wasn’t told that you would have to move your car from the car park first thing in the morning. Despite paying £25. We spoke to staff and mentioned we’d had plans for my wife’s birthday (on the Saturday) and we’d be happy to pay for an extra day (usually do this at premier inn across the road and other hotels) The receptionist was really unhelpful and no chance. And gave us a list of car parks miles away which were either book in advance or £40 for a day to book. Causing us so much stress and anxiety. All night on the Friday and Saturday morning (wife birthday morning) trying to find somewhere to park for the day. Eventually a really nice man said don’t worry il let you pay for the day but said the car park would have to be vacated by 6 o’clock . We had a prepaid dinner booked at 5.45 and said we wouldn’t be able to do this and he was nice enough to say ‘don’t worry call me later today and let me know roughly how late you’re going to be etc. when ringing later that day is took a long time to get through whilst sat in the restaurant and it was a completely different person that answered the phone . She was of a completely different mindset and said I must come pick the car up ‘right now’.!! I said the manager or worker on the reception has already pre agreed I could ring and let them know what time we’ll be back . From that point we more or less just left our dinner and headed back to the car . And boxed the rest of the food up . Really sad . My wife was upset that her birthday was ruined . We’d paid nearly £50 in parking and been threatened with a £100 fine and the car park was completely empty when we got to our car. The hotel at a premier rate of around £190 a night and dead basic . We also booked a king room and absolutely the bed was a double because smaller than ours at home? We’ve stayed at the premier across the road probably 20+ times and the service there is spectacular.

Great hotel that delivered. It's located 200m from Wembley stadium with secure underground parking. The rooms are of a high standard with aircon, wide-screen, desk and fridge. The bed was very comfatable and given its location I had no noise issues at all. The breakfast was great with a huge choice catering for everyone. There was also a gym, not huge but was enough to get by on. My only minor niggle was a really slow internet speed which this day and age is poor. Apart from that a great stay.

The location is superb for the stadium. Concert ended 10.30 and at 10.35 we were back in the hotel. However, in terms of service....hoovering quite early woke us all up. At 9am the hoover banged the door. We ran out of shampoo on the shower (it's in one of those horrible large pumps that have been used by hundreds of previous guests). There was no room service when we got back at 10.30. I ordered a cup of tea (at that point there was no food but there were drinks). Then about 25 mins later the online system updated to say room service is closed. So I thought sod it and went to bed. An hour(!) later I was woken by a call from room service asking me to go online and cancel my order for them. I told them to go away and thank you for waking me at midnight. The next morning I thought I would order room service breakfast - nothing - just drinks could be ordered. In the room I couldnt find anything to say what the wifi login was. Bed was comfy - pillows were annoyingly double sized. Aircon was amazing. The location is why I've marked it as 3 stars. For service I'd say 0.
