Understaffed, poor service, cutlery wasn't replenished, no offer of additional drinks, no menus brought for dessert, one meal arrived around 15 minutes after the rest, cold, yet burnt at the same time, with no apology. Toilets stank of sewage, flushes broken and access panel hanging off the wall. One member of staff in particular was quite rude (the other was however very helpful). Won't return on the basis of the service alone.

Lovely lunch together with my friends and our kids! Served by Kate we had such a nice time ? food was delicious!Parking: Easy to reach out , just next to the shopping centre and it’s also not too expensive!

The pizza party was great ! The kids really enjoyed it and parents were happy staying back and enjoy some great food themselves ! Pizzas and side snacks were very good and they gave us take away boxes for the kids that did not want the pizza straight away .

Ask if they have ice before you order drinks. This is what my mojito looked like. The server didn’t inform me they didn’t have ice so they served me this sad excuse of a drink and didn’t even have the shame to apologise! Can’t believe I had to pay for this horrible drink.

We went for dinner few days ago after a long day of Christmas shopping. It took over 45 mins for the food to arrive since we ordered. My pizza (margherita) was very bla nd. We paid £54 for 3 pizzas and 3 drinks. Not worth the wait and the money!

I came in on a Wednesday evening for a meal with some friends and it was busy. However, the meal and service was excellent. The food came out nice and hot for all of the pety and was very tasty, the service was brilliant!!! I didn't catch the waiters name, but they were superb. We had an amazing meal and the whole experience was great!!! Thanks to all!!!

We booked the Wembley Pizza Express for our sons 4th birthday party. What a fabulous, educational, practical and yummy event. All of the children, and most importantly our son enjoyed meeting the chef, learning about pizza ingredients and creating their own pizzas. A massive thank you to Kate and Nichola who helped in ensuring the day ran smoothly for our boy. Diabolical service. The waitress rolled her eyes at us and stormed off to another table when we had been waiting for our order to be taken. Burnt dough balls and consistently terrible customer service with long waits from the waiting staff. The vegan snowball dough balls was just horrible. I don’t understand why we had to wait 30 minutes for a cold dessert to be served.
I’ve been going here for years with my friends,absolutely everytime we all have enjoyed the pizza and drinks! Amazing pizza taste! :)

Service here was amazing, massive thank you to Ana and her team, we came for family dinner but it felt like we were home. Despite being so busy Ana took care of us, honestly best restaurant experience in a very long time, we even spoke about how nice the evening was in the morning! So thank you Ana and all the team at LDO Kid-friendliness: This is my daughter’s favourite restaurant for many reasons, staff are always so pleasant to kids and she loves the colouring packs they give straight away and the portions are always a great size for her

Went in earlier today with my family members, one of whom is in a wheelchair. Was made to wait around 10 minutes at the door and when i eventually enquired with the chef if there was a table available, i nearly had my head snapped off when he aggresively told me it was a 40 minute wait.When i asked the rest of the staff, they eventually informed it was a 45 minute wait and acted like i should have known it beforehand. Have never felt more humiliated in my life in a restaurant.Pathetic service and will certainly never return here, following their treatment of customers.
