“We recently visited Zizi in Wembley and I must say that the experience was elevated by the exceptional service of Ricky.
From the moment we walked in, it was clear that he is dedicated to providing an outstanding dining atmosphere.
Ricky greeted us warmly and ensured that we were seated promptly, despite the restaurant being quite busy due to a busy event being on. Throughout our meal, he checked in on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, showing genuine care.
Moreover, Ricky handled a minor issue with our order with grace and professionalism, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.
He went above and beyond to make amends!
We shall definitely be returning.”

“Other thing is fine. The pizza is amazing as per usual, but when people ask for extra dip like one more, why do you guys hesitate to give one extra dip?. The other day I bought a small and medium pizza. You gave me one garlic dip with medium one but not with the small one. So , if someone buys small one, does that mean they'll have to eat without dip? That's just ridiculous. Please have a look.”
