Everything is average in pret. If you have a subscription pret is the best. However if you are paying for a drink. Costa and starbucks will be the best option. There are no frappé in pret. They have cool drinks and shakes which is just ok.About this store : most of the baristas make it differently. Only a few make them according to the standards. Service is alright. It's a busy shop so we can understand their situation. However they try to make good customer service.I couldn't find any ketchup like other stores. Idk why. However the atmosphere is amazing with the view of Wembley stadium.Major drawback - internet connection is poor.

I’ve recently become a regular at this pret and I have to say it’s super fast service, staff so nice and a lovely selection of food. Omaimah One of the girls that work there always makes my drink exactly how I like it and always welcomes myself and the rest of the customers with a warming smile, despite how busy she or the shop floor may be. I hope if her manager sees this review rewards her well for her hard work. Well done to all ❤️Vegetarian options: Wraps and sweet treats

Really pleased with Erik’s customer service skills as he’s very friendly and professional every single time that I visit Pret. Definitely deserves a promotion, well done to the owners for having such great staff!

This pret has a huge space to sit, relax or work. I love that. Staff is okay. Coffee is also not the best but it works. And especially together with pretty subscription, its a charm. So over all its a decent place with decent coffee and food options. Many vegetarian food items are in menu.

As sandwiches go there is no place that makes a better bread et la filling combo. Now they've introduced a subscription service it's all so much better if you're a regular visitor you now get rewarded for buying something that's made so well. ??

Love visiting Pret, fresh food, great coffee. Tables often need cleaning though.However the toilets here are gross at the best of times. Regular deep clean necessary.Staff are great here, just one member of staff who consistently smells of body odour. Quite off-putting. Really should be addressed by management.
